Excellent Service I called my regular service advisor, Mandy Walters, and explained the problem my vehicle was having. She set up an appointment at a convenient time fo I called my regular service advisor, Mandy Walters, and explained the problem my vehicle was having. She set up an appointment at a convenient time for me and reserved a loaner for me since she anticipated that it would take time to resolve. Since she was going to be out of town, she referred my appointment to Justyn Ross. Justyn was prepared to meet my needs and had the service manager ride with me to assess the problem before leaving my vehicle. He also checked for updates that needed to be completed and did a multi-point inspection since I would be traveling soon. Justyn called me and updated me when he said he would and had my vehicle ready when it was promised. The service was done quickly and resolved the problem. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend them!!! More
