The car was serviced for routine mat My annual car maintenance visit to the dealership occurred yesterday. My matter was handled by Jessica Geneva. The car was serviced for routine matters and for a manufacturer's advised correction of a defect. Ms Geneva handled the scheduling, loaner car and my pick up of my car with professional care. She waited for me to arrive in the evening past the normal pickup time thereby saving me losing time the next day. This above and beyond service reflects well on her and on the dealership. More
