The first time we attempted to use this dealership for our RS4 we made an appt, went to dealership for repair, were told we should make appt. Went to Audi dealer in Wesley Chapel and made the $14,000 repa our RS4 we made an appt, went to dealership for repair, were told we should make appt. Since we didn't want to make the drive to WC we ordered a part from Clearwater Audi on Monday, were told it would be in Wednesday. Waited till Thursday to pickup just to be sure. Called and left message asking if part was in, never got a call back. Went to dealership in person, first no part is not in. Then yes it is I'll go get it. 20 minutes later still nothing. So simply left in desperation. Will not give this dealership a 3rd try! More

Jessica Geneva was friendly and helpful. She was able to schedule service when it was convenient for me. She limited the service to just what was necessary, without trying to "upsale" me.
