We have been very lucky to have had Mandy Walters as our Audi Service Consultant. Her expectations are that whatever is being done to our two Audis that it be done to the highest level and done correctly an Audi Service Consultant. Her expectations are that whatever is being done to our two Audis that it be done to the highest level and done correctly and she will not turn the car over until it meets her approval. It is folks like Mandy under the leadership of Todd Emery head of the Service and Operations at Crown Audi that have had us returning over the last 22 years and purchasing 7 Audis.
