George was my sales guy from 2013 when I leased my first Audi from Clearwater on my move to FL. Nathan Valdez, Danni and the service team at Crown Audi are great. I got a video of the repair as it was finishing up. My vehicle was done on time and when promised. I just purchased an A6 at Audi Clearwater. The car is great as was the entire buying experience. My salesman, Vilius Vainilavicius, was terrific. Outstanding customer service! I’m traveling from out of state, I had a check engine light. They rushed me in and solved my problem while I waited. I’d forgotten to replace the oil cap. 🤦♂️ Not only did t state, I had a check engine light. They rushed me in and solved my problem while I waited. I’d forgotten to replace the oil cap. 🤦♂️ Not only did they not charge me, they washed my car and filled the fluids for free. Outstanding customer service! 5 Stars ⭐️ More
