I felt so taken care of by everyone involved in my new audi purchase. Tate Dimke was awesome and so easy to work with, as well as Sam and Alex. I enjoyed the whole experience. Great experience all around. My sales person was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle. He exceeded expectations for service by driving to the rental car company so I could drop off my car and knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle. To be honest from the very start with Amy she made me feel very comfortable as a customer. I told her my needs, I told her i was a mom of 2 little ones, with strollers, etc. She never tried to sell me an feel very comfortable as a customer. I told her my needs, I told her i was a mom of 2 little ones, with strollers, etc. She never tried to sell me anything that she knew i wouldn’t like she just stick to exactly what i wanted and she worked an amazing deal and i got the exact car i wanted. She was so easy to talk with, she wasn’t pushy at all and just very helpful, She also took the time after i bought my car to make sure the car was all personalized to me and that i understood everything in it.
