First of all let me say that I have never before bought a vehicle from an online vendor so this was a new experience for me. I must say that the overall experience was very positive. George Rangelov was an e vehicle from an online vendor so this was a new experience for me. I must say that the overall experience was very positive. George Rangelov was an exceptional salesperson through the entire process being very responsive through all stages of the deal both during the initial purchase process and then with the follow up issue I had. He picked me up at the airport, ensured the car was ready when promised and made the entire experience quite enjoyable. Although there was an issue with the wheel alignment on the vehicle, both George and Crown made sure I was compensated for the subsequent work that was needed to correct the problem. It is this follow up from Crown to ensure I was happy with my purchase that showed that Crown Audi is a first class organization. On balance, I would highly recommend both George and Crown if you are looking to buy a vehicle. More
