Outstanding! This is my 2nd Q5 from George and I wouldn't use anyone else. He's not your typical car salesman; I'd call him an Audi Consultant. He lives and breathes Audi - knows his product inside and out! I'm not a fan of going to a dealership where I know more about the car than the sales person that accosted me at the door; not the case here! I special ordered my 2nd Q5, so had to wait for it to come over from Germany which seemed like an eternity. It wasn’t, but I’m a very impatient person; and George was always there to answer my many questions/texts. Kept me updated every step of the way. Financing was a breeze – he had everything ready when we came to pick up the car. Even rec’d a few “extras” while I was there. The whole experience (twice now) was a pleasure. How often can you say that about a car purchase?! Call George – courteous, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy - you won’t be disappointed. More

In the 32 years I have owned cars there has never been a time really when I would have said I enjoyed going to a car dealership, but that was before I dealt with Crown Audi. In every aspect of my dealings, whether that is for maintenance schedules (which are pleasingly few and far between which is one of the reasons I chose Audi) or buying a new car, the employees at Crown Audi have managed to create that perfect blend between friendliness and professionalism that makes the difference between good customer service and great customer service. Both Mandy Walters in the Service Department and Curt Kelly in Sales are a pleasure to work with and have kept me coming back to Crown Audi for what is now my third new Audi. I have worked in the services industry for 30 years so have high expectations when it comes to customer service, and I also don't give out praise lightly, so full marks to Audi for making the grade, consistently! More
