This is by far the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are always so very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The waiting room is very comfortable and inviting. He also kept me informed during the production, shipment, and delivery. Van has always been easy and pleasurable to work with and has been available to see me when I'm in the dealership, David Jacovides help answers questions prior to factory allocation as did Tom, the new car manager. When it was just recently deliver, Ryan Wolfe expeditiously completed the purchase paperwork and efficiently explained the recommended service and warranty options available. He was very personable and easy to work with. We also had the opportunity to meet Ethan Jacovides in the process of getting our new car. Ethan was very courteous, helpful and great to talk with. While waiting on the delivery a few months ago, Kaylee Hasenour helped on several occasion while I was getting my Q5 washed to look up status on my Q7 order and investigate other Q7s coming into the dealership. Over the past 3 years the service department has taken great care of my Q5. Dani help me set up appointments and Jessica Geneva was very helpful scheduling, explaining, and monitoring the 2 year checkup.
