Al Jaffer was fantastic and has been trying to help me the best he is able. Audi Clearwater would be receiving five stars but for the continuing issue I have had with the S5 I purchased over the July 4 the best he is able. Audi Clearwater would be receiving five stars but for the continuing issue I have had with the S5 I purchased over the July 4th weekend. Despite being a CPO vehicle, the car has a faulty computer that will not clear out the previous owner. Accordingly, bluetooth and navigation still do not work in my car and I don't have an ETA when it will be fixed.. As an attorney who travels frequently, using bluetooth and navigation daily, this is becoming a significant problem costing my thousands on a weekly basis. I would have never purchased the vehicle if I was aware of this problem and thought this would be avoided with the CPO designation. More
