My first contact with Crown Audi was via their website - I sent a question about an Audi eTron. Steve Yeager grabbed my question and replied quickly. After asking a few additional questions via email (my pr I sent a question about an Audi eTron. Steve Yeager grabbed my question and replied quickly. After asking a few additional questions via email (my preferred communication method), we arrranged an appointment to see and drive the eTron. We then placed an order for our vehicle with Steve. He stayed in contact with us as we waited for it to be built and delivered, and he spent a good deal of time with me, going over features and functions, when we took delivery the other day. Good guy - I highly recommend him. More

This was the second car we purchased from Crown Audi this year. I chose to work with Vilius Vainilavicius again because of the great service we received when we purchased my husband's car in July. He is fri year. I chose to work with Vilius Vainilavicius again because of the great service we received when we purchased my husband's car in July. He is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The car I was interested in was at another Crown dealership, and he drove me there to look at it and take it for a test drive. Upon showing more interest in purchasing the car, he had it transferred to Crown Audi to complete the transaction. Matthew Shanks ,finance manager, was also very easy to work with. Made the financing as painless as possible. He also saved us some money! More
