There are three Audi dealers closer to my home or at least easier to get to but I return to Audi Clearwater because I get stellar service and advice from Jessica Geneva. First time at this dealership for a first service, just bought our new used car last year. Had a great experience, professional setting, was easy to set up the appointment, service team was friendly and he bought our new used car last year. Fady Awadalla assisted with the check-in and quickly connected me with the service team for a quick test drive and to go over issues I wanted to get taken care of that day. Dealership felt well organized which I appreciated. Have had my fair share of different, less pleasant experiences with other dealerships before. The repairs took longer than I anticipated but in the end everything I had asked for had been taken care of, the price was reasonable. We will continue to bring our Audi there, felt in good hands.
