Audi Clearwater was awesome for this service call. Online scheduling was a snap, and Dani helped reschedule from a Friday dropoff to a Monday -- good call. Monday, Dani was out; Ryan Pallas stepped Online scheduling was a snap, and Dani helped reschedule from a Friday dropoff to a Monday -- good call. Monday, Dani was out; Ryan Pallas stepped in and knocked it out of the park! Ryan got me into a loaner and on my way; kept me informed on status, and got me back in the car by Friday afternoon. The online payment function helped speed that up...no waiting to do the paperwork. Dani had the car waiting for me when I arrived. Absolutely will choose Audi Clearwater again. More
