I called on a Friday afternoon and was able to get in the following Monday. Complimentary loaner car was a very definite plus, my option this time (A very low mileage 2020 Toyota from one of their other dealerships. Really makes you appreciate your Audi more!), but if you choose to wait, the waiting area is very comfortable with a nice TV and beverages. In the middle of the pandemic, everyone is masked, and it is clear that all steps are being taken to protect everyone from the virus. Chris is an outstanding service advisor, and I have dealt with him on previous visits, which made me feel comfortable. He has an excellent mix of personality and knowledge which is perfect for the job. I was barely home with my loaner car an hour later, when I received an e-mail with a detailed report analyzing my car and the services I needed (along with pictures!) and prices, for my approval. I called back, we discussed my options, and about four hours later, I received a call back my car was ready, about the time expected. I arranged to pick it up the following day, my preference, no problem! When picking up the car, I stopped by parts to get some touch-up paint. When I told the parts manager, John, the color name, he knew the part number before I could tell him! These guys really know their stuff. If you have an Audi that needs parts or service (or are even considering buying one, like I did in 2012), rest assured you will be in good hands and treated excellent at Audi Cincinnati East. More

It was not like before. The waiting area didn’t have any hospitality. I had early morning appointment and had walk to get coffee from Starbucks but what can you do. staff still very friendly and profession hospitality.
