Day of service, Bob B* seemed more distracted with other activities in the dealership, ignored my routine request to visually inspect underneath car during annual service, while skid plate was removed, in order to track ongoing wear&tear. After service he was more interested in trying to get me to sell my car (which I'm now being constantly pestered with e-mails about) than reviewing service results or be pro-active about ongoing/future service plans given that my Audi Care was scheduled to shortly expire. Coupled with Bob B* miscommunication in 2024 also, I will first look to other Audi dealerships (White-Allen?) for future annual service. More
