What should concern other customers is the complete lack of accountability. When I reached back out, I was told they are now owned by AutoNation and are not responsible for anything previously done. That response raises serious concerns about how they stand behind their work and how they treat customers once a problem comes up. If a dealership can admit fault, perform a subpar repair, and then later deny responsibility, that says a lot about their commitment to customer service. I would be very cautious about trusting them to make things right if something goes wrong. More
