Very positive Experience My car was taken in and entered into the system as soon as I arrived. Steve, the service manager, was helpful in identifying a recall that was needed My car was taken in and entered into the system as soon as I arrived. Steve, the service manager, was helpful in identifying a recall that was needed for my car and also checking past maintenance records. He went over the maintenance service I requested and inquired about my ride home. He called promptly at the time he said he would when the car was ready and reviewed the work performed with me when I returned. One of the service items was not needed and so that was deducted from the original service request. The experience was very positive and I plan to return in 10k miles.. More

Service writer Steve Garverick was courteous, efficient and professional in all respects. He provided updates on progress, and made sure my time spent waiting was kept to a minimum. More
Worst Audi dealer Blew a code on vehicle. Walked in telling them what the code was. Had to wait a week with no air conditioning (related to the code) to come in and g Blew a code on vehicle. Walked in telling them what the code was. Had to wait a week with no air conditioning (related to the code) to come in and get oil change and discuss what the code meant. Did I mention it was the hottest week of summer? Car comes back they tell us the code is maybe not what we thought (usually not) and good news it'll only be $550 to repair. We decided we were calling the original dealer purchased from in ATL (hands down no difference better in EVERY way) and our oil change bill comes back over $350. Ask how this is possible. They checked code. The code we came in telling them. No discussion beforehand that we were going to be charged $126ish dollars for something we knew? Said no way. HE got angry. Said that he's pay out of his pocket (yeah right). We refused to pay because it had never been addressed prior and we walked in with that info. Bottom line? Done with Audi. Third one we have owned (purchased on ATL). Chatt sucks in service, attitude etc. you boys need a bigger ball field aka competition. Maybe these other reviewers just don't know the difference between being treated like you bought a 70,000 car and didn't? More
Needed tire replacement. Work was done quickly. I had nail in tire. Staff ordered tire and changed it promptly. I did not need to wait long for the service to be performed. I had nail in tire.
