I bought a 2018 A4 here in 2021 and had it serviced as required. Today Nov 20th I waited while they were asked to change the oil and rotate tires because rear tires had a lot more tread. They gave me a bill for $644 for other things they did without saying anything! When I asked about the tires they did not rotate them since they had even wear. They skipped what I needed because there was no charge! When I asked why they did extra stuff, they said it was due on the 60K miles list - my car only has 50,800 miles and they can tell I only drive 5-6 K miles annually since it had 34 K miles when they sold it to me. It's a bad look for the Owners to rip off a 75 year old guy living on SSI. I have owned 7 Audis since 1981 when I got a 5000S and nobody in America knew what an Audi was. Best one was a 2001 Quattro Roadster I drove til 2018 but I can't afford to ever go back to them and get cheated again! David Petro, Chattanooga More

I was very worried that m My service(oil change) was due on my vehicle and I scheduled the service online, which I requested a loaner vehicle as well. I was very worried that my request for a loaner vehicle would not be fulfilled as requested, due to previous visits to the dealership and they were not met. When I met Austin (first time today, he was very pleasant greeted me with a smile. He was professional, and very easy going. He informed me of the timeframe of my service and my loaner car was ready. I was so pleased with that one small request, it truly made my day and turned my negative experiences into a positive one. I thanked Austin for his effort, and I told him I hope he stays in the service department, good employees makes all the difference in the world. More
Dishonest service people I am not live in Chattanoogga, however visiting the city I needed to bring my Audi to service. The diagnostic was ridiculous (addblue found in the coolant compartment) and at the end they suggested to involve my insurance company, they adjusted the work scope 3 times (2k, 8k and 18k) and at the end charged 8k but wanted to charge more, however the insurance company said enough. At the end the car was declared a total loss and they never performed the work. Very bad experience with audi and particularly with these guys that took them 4 months to fix nothing. More
Don't buy an audi I had my audi A6 engine basically fall apart at 43000 miles. After 3 major engine repairs (Cylinder and spring replacement, then cam shaft replacemen I had my audi A6 engine basically fall apart at 43000 miles. After 3 major engine repairs (Cylinder and spring replacement, then cam shaft replacement, then engine block replacement they expect me to accept the engine is "just fine".) I asked audi 1 800 number to replace the engine with a new engine. They refused and gave no help on buying back this defective car Would you trust it after being on the side of the road for a tow this many times. I don't think so. More
Revised review. Took my TT convertible in for service with a number of issues to be resolved. Steve in service was both polite and knowledgeable. I didn't realize it at the time, but the 12 year age of my car made it difficult for Steve to locate a part/parts needed for my car. In my opinion Steve tried very hard to find the part and to have it shipped in. I did become a bit concerned that rental car fees were continuing to add up on me, so I contacted the General Manager, Jeremy Holsenback, who became involved immediately. His reply to my message was complete, knowledgeable and helpful. The part has arrived, and my car will be ready this afternoon. I am very pleased with the attention given to my circumstances by both Steve Garverick in Service and by Jeremy Holsenback, the General Manager. These two gentlemen are great examples of exceptional customer care, and my heart-felt thanks go out to both of them and to the service technician who performed the work on my car. I certainly hope and expect this revised summary of my experience at Audi of Chattanooga leaves no doubt about my feelings about the dealership. I can only give them the highest rating available along with my thanks. Gary Foster More
