Audi Charlotte - Service Center

I have taken my 2006 audi a4 to audi of chlt for a few years now, and they continue to impress me with their workmanship, professionalism, and most of all, their honesty. Here are a couple examples. Right after my warranty went out, so did my power steering pulley, and pump. The pulley came off while i was driving. Kenny at Audi of chlt worked with Audi USA, and got me a new power steering pump/pulley, and new belts and hoses. He did this free of charge, based on the unusual circumstances, even though i was out of warranty. Also, not long ago i got new front brakes and rotors, and ever since the day they were put on they made a loud noise when going slow and turning slow especially. It was a very strange noise from the brakes/rotors, and would not go away. I went to Audi chlt a few times to see if we could remedy the problem. They tried a couple things, but in the end couldnt get the sound to go away, so Kenny decided to just swap out the rotors and brakes completely, so we did, and now my new brakes and rotors work great with no noise. Both these instances, all the service guys, including Ken, and Irwin, and the techs, John, and Kevin and others were very helpful, and diligent in fixing my problems. They do great work, and when a problem arises, they go over and above to fix it. They really care and want to earn your business. They have mine... More

Kyle and CJ greeted me as I exited my car. Both were extreamely nice and showed great customer service. I was called promtly after they diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road. Kenny is amazing! He is ALWAYS honest with me about repairs and maintenance. I would buy another Audi from this dealership because I know that the service team is great. Kenny always fits me right in w repairs and maintenance. I would buy another Audi from this dealership because I know that the service team is great. The service reps go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. CJ (the service porter), who gave me a lift to work and then back to the dealership, was awesome - friendly, got me to work quickly and eve helpful. I've bought two (2) Audi's from these guys. They do a great job. I had a short amount of time to get some work done on my A8. When I first got there I was directed to the service department to Irwin and he knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. They took the keys and started to work promptly. As I was browsing I met a extreemly nice receptionist named lesley, we talked for a little bit and she just made me feel welcomed. As I was waiting Irwin approached me and introduced CJ the service porter to me and said that he will take me where ever I need to go! But CJ showed great customer service, also exeptional people skills, his level of professionalism was outstanding, he made you feel like a person instead of just another customer. Overall he does make Audi of Charlotte look very well. More

Irwin is always such a help to me when I go into have my car serviced. This visit was a situation where my check engine light went on unexpectedly over a weekend. He always keeps me informed about what is going on with my vehicle and helps me through the process since I don't know a lot about cars. I find the service staff always courteous and prompt. Work is always done on time. Technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable. If there is ever an issue they are always quick to address it.
