I was able to schedule an appointment on the day of my choice despite being last minute. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They had a clean new loaner readily available for me with no questions if I had purchased my car at the particular dealership. My car was serviced properly and promptly returned. The overall service was expensive, but no more than other Audi dealerships as the car itself is just expensive to maintain. The level of service and professionalism exceeded other dealerships I have been to in the past. I would recommend and I will be going back. More

I received a phone call to say when the car was ready. A slight noise I was concerned about turned out to be to do with tires and it was something which did not require attention. The invoice was less than originally estimated and a coupon I had printed off was honored although I handed it in after the invoice had been made and caused extra work making a new invoice. The loaner car was very clean. A good, efficient experience. More

When we drop off the car they have our paperwork right there at the desk, know who we are and if we requested a loaner while they do their work, it too has been arranged and is waiting. Because of the quality of the car and the people who work at Audi Charlotte we would certainly make that dealership our first stop when we need our next car. More

My tire pressure warning came on in my car so I took it into the dealership. I arrived and was greeted immediately. I let them know my issue and was they took me in right away. My first experience with Audi of Charlotte was a fairly pleasant one. I found a reasonable price on what was to be my first luxury vehicle amd the buying process wasn't unpleasant other than an error with pleasant one. Where things went south was six months later when there was an issue with my cooling system causing the engine to run hot. I had purchased an extended warranty and wasn't concerned, just paid the $200 deductible and other than having to fight tooth and nail for a loaner I wasn't terribly disappointed. Four days later I notice the car is idling roughly and the check engine light comes on. I drop it off and for the second time in a week they want a $200 deductible. I didn't bother fighting for a loaner this time as it was my day off and I was content to sit in their waiting area. I get my car back and for 10 days its running fine, on the eleventh day i notice a puddle of anti-freeze in my garage, so I take the car back to the dealership for the third time in a span of two weeks, the second time for the cooling system. When Kenn asks for the $200 deductible this time I ask why this isn't being covered by the 30 day warranty they have on their work and his response is that only the service manager, Kenny Blackwelder, can approve that and that he would have Mr. Blackwelder call me the following Monday when he returned to work. I've heard nothing from anyone at Audi of Charlotte in the four months since this all occurred. I love Audi's, but I will not be doing business with Audi of Charlotte again. I will, however, submit a rating for Hendrick BMW in Charlotte when I purchase my next vehicle in the coming months. More

Called the dealership around lunchtime because my A4 was having difficulty starting. They were able to fit me in immediately and they fixed the problem that afternoon! Irwin and CJ were both friendly, professional and attentive to my needs on this visit. I brought my car in as a follow-up (i.e., picking up and installing a defective cargo cover). Since the previous visit, my car developed two simultaneous flat tires. After that incident, my car had two brand new tires, one tire with 15,000 miles after a flat earlier this year, and the fourth with around 36,000 miles. Irwin had a technician check the tires to make sure it was okay to continue to drive on the two older tires, given that I also had two brand new tires. I felt confident leaving the dealership that I was okay to drive on four tires with such different tread wear patterns.Irwin even gave me something to read about the benefits of filling tires with nitrogen instead of just filling the tires with normal air. I am new to the Audi vehicle ownership (2006 S4 cabrio 4.2). Visited dealer and left car for service issue. Was requested that I leave the car there and was offered a ride to my residence.
