CJ was wonderful in servicing me as soon i arrived. He directed me to get my paperwork done and also went and grabbed me a loaner car so that i could get back to work quickly. Took my car in for small engine repair and a larger engine problem developed after the repair. Barely made it out of the dealership when problem began. Service department denied causing the problem and refused to work with me. I had to take it to an independent shop that fixed the problem. I don't trust them and will never use their service department again. Should have reviewed these rating first. They are the lowest rated dealership in NC - apparently for good reason. More

I will be leaving town in two days, and was experiencing a noise on the passenger side of my A6 that concerned me. Although I had a service appointment scheduled for tomorrow, my personal schedule changed i a noise on the passenger side of my A6 that concerned me. Although I had a service appointment scheduled for tomorrow, my personal schedule changed in a way that meant I could not make that appointment. I called this afternoon, asking if someone could at least take a ride in my car and let me know if the noise was one that put my trip at risk. Irwin was very accommodating, and when I arrived, had one of the mechanics (John) ride with me. He heard the noise and offered to put my car on the lift to determine the source. About 25 minutes later, he came out to tell me it was loose bolts at the right front brake caliper. He also let me know he had tightened them and had taken a short test ride to ensure that had solved the problem. All that, and no charge. Also, peace of mind for my weekend trip. Excellent service experience! More

Took '03 A6 in to get timing belt replaced. At same time, car was throwing a DTC off and on for torque convertor solenoid. Code had cleared, so just got the timing belt done. Took car back a few weeks time, car was throwing a DTC off and on for torque convertor solenoid. Code had cleared, so just got the timing belt done. Took car back a few weeks later and they diagnosed the torque converter malfunction. Kenn explained the cost and also said they found an air valve that was causing it to throw a code for running too lean. Would take 1+ days to fix. Scheduled appt for following week and had everything fixed. They also performed 2 recall services while car was in shop. All work was completed and it actually cost a little less then what they originally figured. Also, was given a free loaner vehicle (A3 and Q5) each time it was in for service. Always treated great and service is top notch. Thanks!!! More
