Integrity and Great Service are Priceless!!! I moved 2.5hrs away, but I will still buy my next car here and have it serviced here. Thanks Charles and Kenny! See why below. I have a 2012 Aud I moved 2.5hrs away, but I will still buy my next car here and have it serviced here. Thanks Charles and Kenny! See why below. I have a 2012 Audi Q5 ordered Oct 2011 and delivered Dec 2011. Until Feb 2017 nearing my 100,000 anniversary, I had not had a single issue with my car. Performance wise, it has been my best car to date!!! I noticed an issue with my oil light in late Feb 2017. To make things a little more complicated, I no longer lived in Charlotte and there was not an Audi Dealer in my new town now 2.5hrs away. When I called the dealership 3 different times to: first, learn what kind of oil my car required; second, how to read the oil level; and finally how to open the hood, it was probably obvious that I was much in need of help! This is where Car Super Hero Charles Hinshaw stepped in to assist. Based on my calls, he recognized this issue and realized that while I had a 2012, my car was actually built in 2011. This issue was something that had a documented cure..........if only I had a 2011 and not a 2012. So, Charles asked that I give him a day to check on something. Apparently he took these findings to Kenny the Service Manager. After reviewing the issue with my car, both agreed that it should be covered due to the year it was built. My Q5 was grandfathered in to cover whatever this issue is called!!! That is not only fair but exceptional service because I assure you, most would have not gone any further than that 2012 date. I took them my Lady Q and they stood by their product as promised! I get her back today!!! Happy to drive my 2.5 commute to 9300 Independence Blvd, in Charlotte NC to pick up my Lady Q! Next year I will get my 2018 A5 manual shift. I admit, I almost hesitated once I realized there was no Audi dealership here. But integrity and great service are priceless so, I will drive my 2.5hrs to see Pat for my next purchase! Honorable mentions to CJ, Pat, and Kyle based on other great Audi experiences . Thanks All and see you soon! More

Mark was absolutely fantastic and a real pleasure to work with! My car was serviced in no time at all and cleaned to perfection. Not to mention, he was able to get me an amazing deal - he provided my service at no cost as the previous owner of my car failed to get the required service!! I will never go anywhere but Audi of Charlotte again! Thanks, Mark!!! More
Yes Virginia, There Is A Car Dealer WhoWill Make House Calls After the purchase of our most recent Audi, a 2017 Q5, we had trouble getting the automatic garage door link to work properly with the new car. While After the purchase of our most recent Audi, a 2017 Q5, we had trouble getting the automatic garage door link to work properly with the new car. While I am sure that this was operator error on my part, we were treated with great patience and professionalism by Kyle Andes, who eventually came out to our home in S. Charlotte after hours one night during the holidays, to make sure that the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. It was. Thank you very much! More
Don't bite the hand that feed you. In addition, in September the transmission had to be replaced. I was very upset. Unfortunately, my anger was aimed at Jim Magnano. From the very beginning Jim empathized with my situation. He was trying to help make the situation better but I was so blinded by my own anger to actually realize it. I wanted it to be resolved my way. Which Jim explained what I wanted was just not possible. Hind sight is 20/20. I simply directed my anger to the wrong person. I would like to apologize to Jim and his staff. They remained very professional thru all of my rants. Jim also made sure I got an awesome new interest rate. Quincy Cornish understood and worked very hard to make everything right. Doing everything Jim advised. Now I am in a new 2017 A4 and I love it. Thank you Jim and Quincy More
Luxury car, average service I don't usually do reviews, but after dealing with Audi of Charlotte's service department for 3 years, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I believ I don't usually do reviews, but after dealing with Audi of Charlotte's service department for 3 years, I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I believe that when you buy a luxury car, you should get luxury service. This has not been my experience with Audi of Charlotte. I agree with many of the other negative reviews that cite a less than friendly attitude and unreturned calls. There seems to be a basic lack of desire on the part of employees at this dealership to please the customer. The car I bought from this dealer is my first Audi. I love the car and it is truly a joy to drive. But I dread servicing it. Updates on the status of your car are promised but not actually given. When I drop my car off I have come to understand that I will have to be the one to call and check on it. Loaner cars are also not offered very often, despite the fact that it seems clear that the wait for the vehicle will be a lengthy one. Although this is my first Audi and I have no experience with other Audi dealers, I can say that I had an Acura for 11 years and their service was far superior in EVERY WAY to what I've seen at Audi of Charlotte. If Acura can do it, then Audi can too. I'm not sure if management or ownership of this Audi dealer is to blame, but I think these beautiful cars and their owners deserve better. Long story short, I will probably look at BMW or Mercedes for my next vehicle. They at least seem to want happy customers. More
WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! LIARS I bought my 2015 A3 in December 2014 I got a fair deal on the car and have had it for 9 months now. Last week I brought my car into the dealership t I bought my 2015 A3 in December 2014 I got a fair deal on the car and have had it for 9 months now. Last week I brought my car into the dealership to replace my front left tire because it had a huge bubble in the sidewalk and it was time for its 15k service. I dropped it off on 8/22/15. I was going on vacation this week and knew they would need my car for at least a day or two so I figured I'd drop it off on Saturday and pick it up the following Saturday after getting back from my trip. WIll at the service desk said this would be fine and I gave him my credit card before leaving so he could charge my card after the service and leave the key at the front desk for me to pick up the following Saturday. When I dropped my car off on 8/22/15 it had 14699 miles on it and I have proof the work order they gave on 8/22/15 list mileage 14699. When I return to pick up my car within minutes of leaving the dealership my tire pressure light comes on for my rear right tire, this gets me looking at my dashboard and I notice my car has over 15000 miles which didn't seem right, so when I get home I look at the receipt from when I dropped my car off and it states mileage 14699 but my car now has 15675 miles on it. I knew my car had less then 15k on it because to purchase Audi care you have to buy it before the car reaches 15k miles and I've known my car was getting close to 15k miles, I was keeping a eye on it so as soon as I saw the car had over 15k upon picking it up I was concerned after reviewing the work order and receipt I got when dropping the car off to the current mikes on the car. The car had 1006 more miles on it!!! In 1 week let alone I now have the tire pressure gauge on for the rear right tire that had no issues before dropping it off. I immediately email the dealership to notify them of what happened expecting a call first thing Monday which never happens I call the dealership Monday looking for a explanation they basically tell me I'm wrong and that this couldn't be I asked them to pull my work order and they will see. I was told the manager would call me back after he figures out what has happened and review my paper work. The manager calls me back and tells me there must have been a error within the computer or one of the service guys entered the incorrect mileage in upon drooping it off. I explain to him I was aware of how many miles I had on the car because I was keeping my eye on it before the car reached 15k because I needed to bring it in before then. Long story short I get into a argument with a service guy and both the manager because I have documented proof and they try to call me a liar and tell me to kick rocks. Most unprofessional service center I have ever been to there technicians can't be trusted with your car and they completely screwed over a loyal Costumer this is my third Audi and always brought my cars to this dealer for service I have spent almost $8000 just at this service department maintaining my cars over the years not to mention giving them my business buying cars from them as well! Going downhill fast! I am a loyal Audi owner. I have lived in many states and used many Audi dealerships. Audi of Charlotte had been among the best for sales and service. I am a loyal Audi owner. I have lived in many states and used many Audi dealerships. Audi of Charlotte had been among the best for sales and service. In 2014 and 2015 the dealership has taken such a significant nose dive I have considered selling my Audi for another make. Many of the staff are not pleasant. When having service, no status is given and phone calls are rarely returned if the service writer can't come to the phone. Twice I have ordered an accessory that wasn't ever really ordered. I reached out to the general manager to share my experiences but my call wasn't returned. I have spoken to the service manager but no changes were made. All in all the whole dealership is acting out motions of running their areas but no real care is given. More
