My name is Jim Mangano, General Manager of Audi of Charlotte. I am responding to this review, because you have not gotten all the FACTS about Mrs. Felica Simon comments here. We have responded to all of her needs per her protection under Lemon Law... We offered to trade her out of her 2015 A3 to a 2017 A4 a $42,000 vehicle. Her car when they purchased was in the Low 30K range. Mrs. Simon looked at this car online with me at our website. We told her husband to FACETIME the car to her while she was at work. The numbers were very aggressive for there benefit, and they agree to buy the vehicle..I received a letter from the BBB that that are satisfied that we have on file for record. Mrs Simon called and said she should get 4 upgraded tires and wanted Sirius radio. We offered to pay 1 subscription to Sirius, wither new technology APPLE PLAY, which gives her navigation, Sirius all from her phone.. We have been contacted by Audi USA, saying that what we did was more than being empathetic to her issues, which Mrs Simon is protected by Lemon law. Mrs. Simon has failed to tell the complete truth, and was wanting more, and we also gave her a low interest rate which was higher on her 2015 A3 they purchased. We are proud here at Audi if Charlotte, but we are going to tell all the facts, and that is why this rebuttal is being written. We consider this case file closed, and have done everything professionally,, with the core values our associates perform at here daily. We are not perfect, but if your going to tell the world about your experience, then tell all the truth, not just what you want our guests to perceive. We are the # 1 Audi dealer in all of North Carolina, and we didn't get there because we didn't have core values, we did that because we do everything in our means to accommodate our guests, and that means we empathize which our guests issues and concerns.
