We have spoken during this past year, but have had limited interaction. Last week I took my Audi into the dealership for its annual service (10,000 mi). It was Richard's day off and he had golf plans. Nevertheless, he changed his personal plans to meet me when I arrived. We spent some time discussing the Audi, golf and life in general. He is more than a salesman; he is someone who cares about his customers and wants to be sure they are satisfied. Richard has earned my business, my loyalty and friendship. Rob More
A positive change! Frankly, I had stopped bringing my Audis into this dealership due to some of the worst service I had ever encountered in any dealership. It appeared that they were selling a quality product, but with no idea of what quality service was. I spoke with a service manager on a previous visit, and he was honest in telling me they knew there was a problem. Today, I took my Audi in for a recall and was amazed at the difference. Mark Price met me in the bay as I drove in, knew who I was and took control of the matter. He was friendly and well versed in exactly what was to be done. He told me the estimated time if would take to accomplish everything and actually delivered the car ahead of schedule. I had begun taking my cars elsewhere, but based upon this service will try them again. More

As I take my car in for interval service appointments or for something as trivial as batteries for my key fobs, Bill Atkins in Service as always treated me professionally and gone beyond his duties to make sure that I am taken care of. Spectacular Service! I got a flat tire first thing this morning, Friday, February 2nd. While waiting for Audi Roadside Assistance, I called Audi of Charlotte and they got I got a flat tire first thing this morning, Friday, February 2nd. While waiting for Audi Roadside Assistance, I called Audi of Charlotte and they got me on the schedule to check out the flat tire and see what needed to be done. Bill Atkins was my Service Consultant and he got me all squared away. There were staples in the tire and it needed to be replaced. While that was being taken care of, I asked whether they could also buff out the white paint transfers I had gotten on both sides of the front of the car from pulling in and out of my garage. Boom - handled and at no charge! While I did not buy my car at this dealership, I would definitely purchase my next Audi there. More
