I have owned lexus' volvos, mercedes, and volkswagens prior to the Audi. In the past, if given the opportunity to drop off my car and take a loaner that is what I have always done. Not so with the Audi, although this was my first service and it took about an hour. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. More

The service department is usually very friendly, flexible and accommodating but Bill saved the day for me today! More
