Excellent Service Advisor! I called on Monday 10/1/18 to schedule an appoint concerning my 2011 Audi R8. I was receiving an "Oil Sensor Defect". I spoke with Mark Price who ide I called on Monday 10/1/18 to schedule an appoint concerning my 2011 Audi R8. I was receiving an "Oil Sensor Defect". I spoke with Mark Price who identified that he could get me in on 10/3/18, but due to the short notice, I had an option to wait because there were no loaner cars available. I understood and made my scheduled appointment. After I arrived, Mark was able to not only provide a status update on my problem , but have a loaner car available for me to go to work. It is a great feeling when the Service Advisor knows your name and goes the extra mile to make sure that the customer is happy. Mark Price goes the extra mile. I called the service department and they squeezed me in on what I knew was already a busy day for the dealership. Thank Goodness for William Adkins at the service desk! He determined the issue, came up with a solution and I was out within the hour. Great service and so nice! I highly recommend this team for any service you might need for your Audi. excellent service department one year ago 2017, I purchased a Q-3 at Audi of Charlotte, this August 2018 I hit a large rock and blew out my tire and damaged the wheel rim, I br one year ago 2017, I purchased a Q-3 at Audi of Charlotte, this August 2018 I hit a large rock and blew out my tire and damaged the wheel rim, I brought the car to the service dept. at Audi of Charlotte, the service consultant Bill Atkins took care of everything needed to repair my car and save me hundreds in unnecessary repair costs, I trust this dealer ship for my future repairs and I am extremely thankful for bill and his honest and caring effort to repair my car. Worst Audi place to get a car or service it! Arrogant receptionists and rip off prices! Took my car there this time, just for the air bag recall, and left w/ a damaged air conditioning and a burn Arrogant receptionists and rip off prices! Took my car there this time, just for the air bag recall, and left w/ a damaged air conditioning and a burned radio. Went back to complain, but he said there was nothing they could do, because I had a after market radio and they were not sure my air conditioning was working to begin with (like calling me lier to my face!). This Dishonest guys probably damaged everything by doing the work without even disconnecting my battery. They know may car and they know my air was working, because I had work done there a few times before, only because it’s the closest dealer, (but never again!) and every time I did, they always come up w/ a rip off ticket of no less than $1000, spent close to $4000 there, with few simple works done. I’m beginning to think that, because I didn’t spend any money this time and did just the free recall thing, they decided to screw me! More

I took in our vehicle in for routine maintenance and it was brought to my attention by Charles in the service department that we had not completed a r I took in our vehicle in for routine maintenance and it was brought to my attention by Charles in the service department that we had not completed a recall for our vehicle which could result in a hefty pay out for us. He set me up with Rich in sales who sat down with me and made sure our claim was filed properly. They were very transparent in the fact that we were missing out on a huge monetary settlement due to the recall on our vehicle. They could've just ignored this and done my quick service and moved on, but the fact that they took the time to make sure I was taken care of speaks volumes of this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership for their honesty and kindness! Thanks again for all of your help! More

I was able to wait and my brakes were repaired and my car nicely washed and I was on my way! More
