I NEVER thought I would "miss" auto dealer's service department but boy I sure do appreciate the way in which these guys have handled my service needs for my 2005 S4. I recently had a clutch problem whi department but boy I sure do appreciate the way in which these guys have handled my service needs for my 2005 S4. I recently had a clutch problem which necessitated transporting the vehicle to the nearest Audi Dealer. Unfortunately that dealer WAS NOT AUDI of CHARLOTTE (AOC)! The service department at the dealership where my car was towed needs to take Customer Service lessons from the guys at AOC. When my car has been in for service at AOC they ALWAYS call me promptly to let me know exactly what is wrong and WHEN it will be fixed. I have even had them tell me " Bring it in and we'll take a look at it" ...What no Appointment???? I don't think they work on any other cars but if they did I would take all of my cars to them. The dealer ship where my car was towed (not AOC)??? I have been waiting for over 12 business hours to find out what is wrong with my clutch, the service guy told me he would call befor 6pm last night and I never heard from him. I called today and he said it might be 3 or 4 pm today before anyone can even look at it...much less than start working on it. I am sure not used to this kind of treatment form MY audi Dealer ...Audi of Charlotte. More

Last visit, I called ahead to check on loaner car availability, and was told yes, they had loaner cars, and to bring my car on in to diagnosis the problem. I did bring the car in that day, only to be told that, now my car doesn't run, (bad alternator) and they had to order the part, none in stock, and there are NO loaner cars available. But they would be glad to shuttle me home. (How will I get to work tomorrow?) Sales manager was argumentative with me, stating he had 30 loaner cars, and all were out. Not a nice person. I left in tears after being quoted over $1200.00 to replace an alternator. More
My 2007 Audi A4 Cabrio has been a great car, but as it nears 50,000 miles, the wear and tear is becoming evident. The personal care and quality service I have seen from this dealership, and from Kenn in particular, has been the best I've ever experienced from any Audi service center. The problems were quickly diagnosed and resolved, the parts that were backordered were installed promptly upon receipt, the car came back to me detailed and shining like new. Problems I did not even know existed were diagnosed and resolved under warranty, and I wasn't even charged for labor. This dealership far exceeded my expectations with their personal care and communication. I would recommend Audi to friends and family based solely upon the service I've received from Audi of Charlotte. More
Dropped my Audi A8 for service repairs at Charlotte Audi on a Friday. Contacted the next Monday by Service Dept. and told my rims & tires were stolen from a supposed, secured and locked lot. First, the rims on a Friday. Contacted the next Monday by Service Dept. and told my rims & tires were stolen from a supposed, secured and locked lot. First, the rims were locking rims supporting 20 inch tires, rather heavy. Second, Dealer informs me this incident is covered under their insurance, only to be told one hour later the insurance and financial responsibilty are totally mine. WOW! My insurance is responsible for the loaner car they furnished and I am also financially responsible for leaving my car with the Dealership, which should be secure.. which means, should the loaner car have had it's tires stolen in my possession this would fall under my financial responsibilities. To inform all regarding this issue, my parents dealer, Randy Marion gladly paid their comprehesive deductible to retain a loyal customer. Audi North America, in good faith, gave me $500 toward my total deductible for being a loyal and long-time customer and AUDI NORTH AMERICA not happy this Dealership took this position with a loyal customer. .. the Dealer issued a BIG FAT ZERO. Charlotte Observer printed an article about who should pay, some sixty (60) plus viewpoints of this incident were published, and to my DISGUST, the Dealer's friend's, family or employees wrote facts regarding this issue which were not publicized in the article, had to be discerned from the inside (Model of car [A8], after-market rims/tires info, character insults). In the past I have sent many clients to this Dealership. NO MORE. My business will go to another Audi Dealer. SHAME ON THIS DEALER SINCE THE AUDI CORPORATION IS TOP SHELF WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
Watch out!!! I had a dead battery on a 2007 A4 and called the dealer, dropped the car off...the car was still under warranty..I recd a call later that day saying the bill was $364..what a rip off!!! I was disappointed with Audi, however, upon moving to Charlotte. To be fair, the people working there are nice enough- if you can get them to answer the phone or call you back when they don't. They can't get you in quickly if you have any emergency issues arise. It's at least a week's wait to get service. And they don't go above-and-beyond the way one would expect a LUXURY car dealership to. Overall, I am extremely disatisfied with my experiences there. More
took my car in needed the radio code. they broke my tape flap i guess trying to get the radio out. I thought at first it was just pushed in. Bottom line is they did it they know it. I even sat in his office and confronted him about it just to get them to lie to my face which they did. I have an Audi and a mercedes . the mercedes place has customer service and class this CLT Audi dealership might as well sell something else they give Audi a bad name. More
This is the worst experience ever with a car service, My wife has Nissan and their service is Top Class!!.... Nissan!!! But Audi has the worst customer service, the appointments for any kind of service can wife has Nissan and their service is Top Class!!.... Nissan!!! But Audi has the worst customer service, the appointments for any kind of service can take 2 to 3 weeks and some times more. They always look for any excuse to not to do what you are asking for. Everything is always normal, and the only "crazy" person who thinks there is something wrong with your car is you. If you are lucky enough and they decide to give you a loaner, maybe you will be driving a crapi stinky ford focus even if you just drop your brand new 40.000 A4. Pricing..... just oil change after 2 weeks waiting list... $95!!! I love my car, but thinking in take it to this place make me think twice in keeping it, the worst part is that the closest Audi dealer is more than 60 miles from here, so we can not do anything!!!! More
