I will admit to considering other vehicles this I have purchased / leased my last two automobiles from Audi of Charlotte, a 2014 A7 and now a 2017 Q5. I will admit to considering other vehicles this last time, if only for the sake of variety. But in the end, I came back to Audi of Charlotte because of their professionalism and service orientation before, during and after the sale. Not only that, but I have found in my travels that other Audi Dealers are similar in their approach. For that reason, and the fact that they make pretty cool cars, I stayed with Audi during this last purchase. Both of the sales people with whom I dealt with on these purchases, Tony Martinez and Erlan Martinez, were outstanding. Sales Manager, Jim Mangano, was helpful as well and my time with Finance Manager, Peppi Bonocore, was unlike any other experience that I have had with a car dealership finance manager--and I mean that in a good way! Of course, the icing on the cake with these guys is their service department. As good a staff as you are likely to meet anywhere. You can't go wrong buying or leasing your next car from these folks.
