Their Documentary fees are not published according to NC laws and not printed on buyers orders. Used car inventory is a joke, it has 2001 models including an S8 that has been for sale for over a year ($58,900). The pre-owned cars are of poor quality and some need tires.<br><br>The staff demos new cars to "test" them, then takes them on personal errands, to buy lunch or for the weekend. These units are then sold to customers with extra miles and pre-run-in wear (redlined). Staff does not know the products very well, making it difficult to purchase.<br><br>Audi has numerous complaints about this dealer. NC BBB has reports about this dealer and company DBA.<br>*WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUDI of Charlotte or you will regret it FOREVER. <br><br>Take your business to FLOW AUDI in Winston-Salem, NC....They are a class outfit! I was able to save over $2,000 at FLOW AUDI and they will even valet your car for free if you desire. The 90 mile drive is a pleasure over dealing with anyone at AUDI of CHARLOTTE. <br>*BUYER BEWARE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! More
