My 2007 Audi A4 Cabrio has been a great car, but as it nears 50,000 miles, the wear and tear is becoming evident. The personal care and quality service I have seen from this dealership, and from Kenn in particular, has been the best I've ever experienced from any Audi service center. The problems were quickly diagnosed and resolved, the parts that were backordered were installed promptly upon receipt, the car came back to me detailed and shining like new. Problems I did not even know existed were diagnosed and resolved under warranty, and I wasn't even charged for labor. This dealership far exceeded my expectations with their personal care and communication. I would recommend Audi to friends and family based solely upon the service I've received from Audi of Charlotte. More
Fantastic service, worth paying a premium for the car. Plus Audi just makes a superior product. Deryck was very helpful with my first time new car purchase. Cyrus did a great job. We drove 250 miles to Charlotte to trade vehicles. We had planned to purchase a Saab 9-3 at another dealership in Charlotte but Cyrus at Audi of Charlotte convinced us otherwise to to trade vehicles. We had planned to purchase a Saab 9-3 at another dealership in Charlotte but Cyrus at Audi of Charlotte convinced us otherwise to purchase an Audi A4 Convertible. Cyrus was very enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable about the Audis. The Saab dealership in Charlotte would not negotiate on a price and did not seem to care whether they sold us an automobile or not. Cyrus made us feel that he wanted our business and cared whether we were able to work out a trade and drive out with an Audi. We enjoyed working with him and have appreciated his follow-up since the purchase. More
At a time when I most needed someone on my side, who'd have guessed it would be an Audi dealer? Just three weeks earlier I had moved to Charlotte when I was rear-ended then squished between two pick-up trucks. Without injury, thank God, I began the process of finding a new used car to love. After visiting several other car manufacturer dealers in the area but still looking, I saw an used Audi A3 on the internet. It looked to be just what I'd been searching for. I knew my sister Mary and husband Tom loved their Audi A4 so I gave them a call. Tom said, to test drive it "you won't be disappointed". He was right. From the moment I arrived at Audi Charlotte, I was greeted and asked how they could help. Sal told me that when he returned to selling cars, he had offers from other dealers but he only wanted to sell Audi's. He's been selling them for eight years. Sal showed me many of the features the car had to offer, even the quality of the 'rolled steel edges'. He told me that U.S. Audi's are manufactured in Germany to strict standards; then I test drove the car I found online. It was everything I hoped for and more. The quality and smooth comfortable ride. The powerful engine and the solid sense of safety inside the car. It was at least a foot shorter than the SUV I'd been driving but somehow it didn't feel 'small' at all. After the test drive, Sal introduced me to Bill Taylor, Manager of Pre-Owned. I told them I was waiting to hear from the insurance company about my settlement. They offered to help in any way they could, and told me to be certain they included fees for taxes. When the first offer was received, they helped me increase the settlement. And then they worked to cut the price on the A3 I drove. I can't say enough about my experience. I look forward to bringing my car into Audi Charlotte to service, and to many happy years of ownership! PS. Sal even sent me a 'Thank You' note, but I'm the one who should be thanking Sal!! More
I called Audi of Charlotte and spoke to Cyrus about a used A4 Avant they had listed on Auto trader. To my dismay the car had just sold that morning (if it's true or not who knows). Cyrus then asked me to leave contact information because he just saw another Avant on the lot that he had not seen before. I received a call about an hour later from Bill Taylor stating that they had just put a 6 month old Avant on the lot. The communication was great throughout the process and he called me multiple times providing updated information. Bill also answered all of my questions thoroughly and politely. As a result, we negotiated a deal. Meanwhile, I had told him that I lived 3 hours away and that I would have to wait until the next business day to look at the car. Bill took the car off the lot and held it for me until I was able to come in (2 days later). When I arrived at the dealership everyone I worked with was friendly. The process was streamlined and I did not feel pressured at any time. On average I buy a car every year and a half, this specific experience was the best I have ever had. I would recommend everyone to this dealership. I would like to share one recommendation. I recommend that people do their own research on the car they are interested in because I felt they could have been a little bit more knowledgeable on the car. But that goes for any car and dealership. More

I LOVE AUDI of CHARLOTTE! Why, you ask!? Well, for starters, I've never had a better car-buying experience! I visited Audi of Charlotte, Mercedes Benz of South Charlotte and Hendrick Lexus. Andrew Mueller at Audi of Charlotte did a "GREAT" Job. Andrew went beyond the call of duty. He searched for over a month for my perfect car; He even shipped in a few cars from other Audi dealers. I had a 'must have' list and he was determined to find a car that met and exceeded all my criteria. He did just that! After finding MY car, the sales/buying process was quick and simple. I drove off with the top down and a smile on my face!:) The dealership was clean and pleasant. Everyone was friendly and willing to help with any and all questions. I returned a few months later for service and WOW, was I impressed! Kenny and Irwin are the service managers I worked with. They are very professional and answer all my questions in layman terms. They also provided me with a loaner car for the day, which was a huge help! I have called a few times as well to ask a few random questions about a certain reading or gadget on the car and they are more than happy to describe, in detail, what needs to be adjusted. Audi cars are true sports cars. They are powerful sleek and beautiful! I love my Audi and the people of Audi of Charlotte! Thank you for letting me share my experience!! More

The service work was done while waited. The waiting area was neat and clean. Dropped my Audi A8 for service repairs at Charlotte Audi on a Friday. Contacted the next Monday by Service Dept. and told my rims & tires were stolen from a supposed, secured and locked lot. First, the rims on a Friday. Contacted the next Monday by Service Dept. and told my rims & tires were stolen from a supposed, secured and locked lot. First, the rims were locking rims supporting 20 inch tires, rather heavy. Second, Dealer informs me this incident is covered under their insurance, only to be told one hour later the insurance and financial responsibilty are totally mine. WOW! My insurance is responsible for the loaner car they furnished and I am also financially responsible for leaving my car with the Dealership, which should be secure.. which means, should the loaner car have had it's tires stolen in my possession this would fall under my financial responsibilities. To inform all regarding this issue, my parents dealer, Randy Marion gladly paid their comprehesive deductible to retain a loyal customer. Audi North America, in good faith, gave me $500 toward my total deductible for being a loyal and long-time customer and AUDI NORTH AMERICA not happy this Dealership took this position with a loyal customer. .. the Dealer issued a BIG FAT ZERO. Charlotte Observer printed an article about who should pay, some sixty (60) plus viewpoints of this incident were published, and to my DISGUST, the Dealer's friend's, family or employees wrote facts regarding this issue which were not publicized in the article, had to be discerned from the inside (Model of car [A8], after-market rims/tires info, character insults). In the past I have sent many clients to this Dealership. NO MORE. My business will go to another Audi Dealer. SHAME ON THIS DEALER SINCE THE AUDI CORPORATION IS TOP SHELF WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. More
