The service reps go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. CJ (the service porter), who gave me a lift to work and then back to the dealership, was awesome - friendly, got me to work quickly and eve helpful. I've bought two (2) Audi's from these guys. They do a great job. I had a short amount of time to get some work done on my A8. They were able to get me into the shop, get the work done in an hour and ge great job. I had a short amount of time to get some work done on my A8. When I first got there I was directed to the service department to Irwin and he knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. They took the keys and started to work promptly. As I was browsing I met a extreemly nice receptionist named lesley, we talked for a little bit and she just made me feel welcomed. As I was waiting Irwin approached me and introduced CJ the service porter to me and said that he will take me where ever I need to go! But CJ showed great customer service, also exeptional people skills, his level of professionalism was outstanding, he made you feel like a person instead of just another customer. Overall he does make Audi of Charlotte look very well. More
Irwin is always such a help to me when I go into have my car serviced. This visit was a situation where my check engine light went on unexpectedly over a weekend. I just showed up on Monday morning really early (without an appointment) and he said--no problem--they would take care of me. He always keeps me informed about what is going on with my vehicle and helps me through the process since I don't know a lot about cars. I looked for "the right car" for over a month and had to expand my search to include most of the southeast (I live in central Florida). Needless to say, I contacted many dealerships and spoke with many sale expand my search to include most of the southeast (I live in central Florida). Needless to say, I contacted many dealerships and spoke with many salesmen and women. Eventually, a vehicle peaked my interest and I initiated contact with; Sal Calabria of, Audi of Charlotte. I found Sal to be knowledgable of the products he represented, friendly (not gushy like a lot who wish to press a sale), and understanding of what I wanted. Unfortunately, due to my error (I misread the description of the vehicle) a deal was not struck on this vehicle. Sal did not press the issue and try to put me in a vehicle that did not meet my basic criteria, and I respect that very much. More searching, and a few weeks later, found me in contact with; Audi of Charlotte and Sal Calabria again. After speaking with Sal, and getting more information on the car, I felt good enough to place a down payment on the vehicle over the phone (something I normally would not due)! A few days later, I flew to Charlotte and was picked up at the airport by a very professional representative of the dealership (Dan). This was a very nice service that saved me the trouble of arranging my own transportation to the dealership. Once at the dealership, I found that my new car was prepped flawlessly and ready to go home. I was also greeted by a mound of pre-prepared paperwork and was guided through it by Anthony, who was very effecient, and had me through the whole process in less than 30 minutes. I was also welcomed by the General Manager; Richard Mikels, who was very personable and offered his assistance if needed. All in all, the car was exactly as described, reasonably priced and the customer service was great. I'm sorry for being so long winded, but I feel that it's important for a consumer to tell others when they have been treated right. The staff at Audi of Charlotte are fantastic and this franchise is one that Audi can be proud of. I will have no problem with travelling 600 miles to do business with them again. More

Everyone at the dealership is always so kind and helpful to me. This morning Erwin changes my left brake light--so that I could avoid panicking over why the brake light display was lite up. I find the service staff always courteous and prompt. Work is always done on time. Technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable. If there is ever an issue they are always quick to address it.
