We recently moved to Charlotte and unfortunately my A5 was damaged by the moving company. When I called the dealership I spoke with Kenn and the car was on a flatbed within 45 minutes. CJ picked up my car (30 mi from dealership) and got it washed before returning it the same day. Walter (my saleman) coordinated with the service department to arrange for pick up, service and return. All of the work was completed quickly and under warranty. A part needed to be ordered and when the car is returned next week for that part the dealership is providing a complementary detail. Went in to have my front left headlight replaced (Jan 27, 2011). Dealer was timely, friendly, and helpful. They allowed me to purchase the bulb and replaced it for me on the spot. TODAY, they did an AWESO 2011). Dealer was timely, friendly, and helpful. They allowed me to purchase the bulb and replaced it for me on the spot. TODAY, they did an AWESOME job! The unfortunate part is I went to the same dealer to have my scheduled maintinance on December 6, 2010 and had to have my right head light replaced as well. In December they added a $32.00 labor charge to install that bulb!!! Very concerned on trusting that bringing my car to the dealership is in my best interest! Today was a GREAT experience, but that opened up my eyes to the way this dealer treated me in past visits! More

Repair work was done in a timely fashion, and car was detailed nicely at pickup. Also, months ago I lost $7 out of a jacket but did not realize it fell out in the car.
