WARNING STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! LIARS I bought my 2015 A3 in December 2014 I got a fair deal on the car and have had it for 9 months now. Last week I brought my car into the dealership to replace my front left tire because it had a huge bubble in the sidewalk and it was time for its 15k service. I dropped it off on 8/22/15. I was going on vacation this week and knew they would need my car for at least a day or two so I figured I'd drop it off on Saturday and pick it up the following Saturday after getting back from my trip. WIll at the service desk said this would be fine and I gave him my credit card before leaving so he could charge my card after the service and leave the key at the front desk for me to pick up the following Saturday. When I dropped my car off on 8/22/15 it had 14699 miles on it and I have proof the work order they gave on 8/22/15 list mileage 14699. When I return to pick up my car within minutes of leaving the dealership my tire pressure light comes on for my rear right tire, this gets me looking at my dashboard and I notice my car has over 15000 miles which didn't seem right, so when I get home I look at the receipt from when I dropped my car off and it states mileage 14699 but my car now has 15675 miles on it. I knew my car had less then 15k on it because to purchase Audi care you have to buy it before the car reaches 15k miles and I've known my car was getting close to 15k miles, I was keeping a eye on it so as soon as I saw the car had over 15k upon picking it up I was concerned after reviewing the work order and receipt I got when dropping the car off to the current mikes on the car. The car had 1006 more miles on it!!! In 1 week let alone I now have the tire pressure gauge on for the rear right tire that had no issues before dropping it off. I immediately email the dealership to notify them of what happened expecting a call first thing Monday which never happens I call the dealership Monday looking for a explanation they basically tell me I'm wrong and that this couldn't be I asked them to pull my work order and they will see. I was told the manager would call me back after he figures out what has happened and review my paper work. The manager calls me back and tells me there must have been a error within the computer or one of the service guys entered the incorrect mileage in upon drooping it off. I explain to him I was aware of how many miles I had on the car because I was keeping my eye on it before the car reached 15k because I needed to bring it in before then. Long story short I get into a argument with a service guy and both the manager because I have documented proof and they try to call me a liar and tell me to kick rocks. Most unprofessional service center I have ever been to there technicians can't be trusted with your car and they completely screwed over a loyal Costumer this is my third Audi and always brought my cars to this dealer for service I have spent almost $8000 just at this service department maintaining my cars over the years not to mention giving them my business buying cars from them as well! More
Going downhill fast! I am a loyal Audi owner. I have lived in many states and used many Audi dealerships. Audi of Charlotte had been among the best for sales and service. I am a loyal Audi owner. In 2014 and 2015 the dealership has taken such a significant nose dive I have considered selling my Audi for another make. Many of the staff are not pleasant. When having service, no status is given and phone calls are rarely returned if the service writer can't come to the phone. Twice I have ordered an accessory that wasn't ever really ordered. I reached out to the general manager to share my experiences but my call wasn't returned. I have spoken to the service manager but no changes were made. All in all the whole dealership is acting out motions of running their areas but no real care is given. More

He came outside of the dealership to greet me as soon as I pulled up. He asked me thorough questions as to what I was looking for. He was friendly and respectful and continued to follow up with me for a week or so after I had taken the test drive. He was still very friendly and respectful after I told him I had decided to purchase another vehicle, not an Audi. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, not a stressful one. Thank you, Van Ness! Brad Bivens is the best at customer service. Kenny is also great and has been very helpful to me since I bought my AUDI. This is a fabulous dealership. I always never cared for Audi Of Charlotte and I did own Audi QB but this Richard guy regained my faith in being enthusiastic about their product I just test drove their S6 2013 and he didn't hesitate for Audi QB but this Richard guy regained my faith in being enthusiastic about their product I just test drove their S6 2013 and he didn't hesitate for a second to have me test drive it and the car is a piece if art... Better than my BMW 550i 2012 even with Dinan stage 2 on it!! It is on rails.. If it had the innovation package I would have probably take it from him.. Hey one last word.. CJ was wonderful in servicing me as soon i arrived. He directed me to get my paperwork done and also went and grabbed me a loaner car so that i could get back to work quickly. Took my car in for small engine repair and a larger engine problem developed after the repair. Barely made it out of the dealership when problem began. Service department denied causing the problem and refused to work with me. I had to take it to an independent shop that fixed the problem. I don't trust them and will never use their service department again. Should have reviewed these rating first. They are the lowest rated dealership in NC - apparently for good reason. More
