Jim Mangano talked with us to make sure we considered the right vehicles for our needs and we were well taken care of by his excellent team. Carlos spent his entire day with us and he never rushed us to make a decision! He took his time to explain all the features of the vehicles. He allowed us to take an extended test drive (Jim probably thought we kidnapped him) to make sure we both felt comfortable with the drive in the city and on highway. He even parked two vehicles side by side so I could make the difficult decision of which beautiful color to choose! Peppi walked us through all our financing options and maintenance agreements. He didn't play games with the numbers; he just helped is find the right option for our needs. Kyle took the time to help us sync phones, set radio presets, and show us how to use the many features of our new Q7! He made sure everything was perfect before we drove away. Everyone was so accommodating! We felt like the most important buyers there, although the dealership was buzzing with activity that Saturday. Joe was also very friendly and easy to work with, he was willing to help me stay within my budget which was great. Overall, my Audi experience was significantly better than any other dealership experience I had within the span of 3 days. Thus being why I chose to lease from Audi and I could not be any happier with my decision. More
