I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I’ve received regarding my Audi Q7, which recently experienced an electrical malfunction. I trusted Audi for its reputation of quality and pr service I’ve received regarding my Audi Q7, which recently experienced an electrical malfunction. I trusted Audi for its reputation of quality and premium service, but my recent experience has been far from satisfactory. My Audi Q7 was towed by Audi Road Assistance to Audi Charlotte due to an Electrical Malfunction that completely stopped the vehicle. However, I was informed that it would take three weeks just to review the vehicle because the dealership does not have sufficient staff to handle the workload. This delay is both unreasonable and unacceptable, particularly for a brand that prides itself on luxury and customer care. Is most incredible thing is that the Service Manager said regarding the 3 weeks “you can go ahead and came and pick it up” knowing that the car does not work. A delay of this magnitude not only leaves me without reliable transportation but also undermines my confidence in Audi’s ability to support its customers. I respectfully request that Audi USA intervene to expedite the review and repair process for my vehicle. Additionally, I believe it would be appropriate to address the staffing issue at Audi Charlotte to prevent such delays from impacting other customers in the future. More

We were interested in a particular vehicle and Brandon found it and sent a video and met us today. We couldn’t be more please with his courtesy, professionalism and attention to detail. We had an excellent experience with Brandon! He went above and beyond to help us. We just moved to NC from OH! After much research, I found a car that greatly interested me and visited the dealership to see it, drive it. We arrived at an agreed upon price and I left the dealership within 3 1/2 hours, drivi interested me and visited the dealership to see it, drive it. Purchased vehicle in 2019. Not much good to say about dealership. Promises were not kept (loaner was not available as promised; service took up to 6 weeks for an oil change) Not much good to say about dealership. I continue to be impressed with the professionalism experienced at the dealership. I especially appreciate working with Slaes person Dima, Sales Director Daniel and Finance Manager Marcus.
