My interaction with Mamta Vohra was great from initial contact she was knowledgeable of the inventory. This was instrumental as I had talked with many associates and even stopped by walking around the lo contact she was knowledgeable of the inventory. This was instrumental as I had talked with many associates and even stopped by walking around the lot and no one helped me. The email interaction doesn’t beat in person! I complete the sale all in one day for the purchase of an S8! I now have my dream car. I really appreciate you and the finance lady Diana for all your expertise when it comes to choosing Audi! I’ve owned and currently a Life member of Audi USA and have put many cars to the test and nothing can beat their security, safety, reliability, and solid foundation and engineering! I gotta hand it to Mamta and the staff at Audi of Chantilly for making my experience one to remember for a lifetime! Last but not least the team that washed and cleaned it and put fuel in it for delivery. More

In January 2023, my wife and I bought a new Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. We paid cash for the car, but the dealership asked for our SSNs to stay compliant with the OFAC requirement. As it turns out a h Atlas Cross Sport. We paid cash for the car, but the dealership asked for our SSNs to stay compliant with the OFAC requirement. As it turns out a hard credit pull was done on my wife and me. The VW is simply too big for what we need and wanted to trade it in for an Audi Q5. My wife and I recently retired from the Air Force and have been having our 2014 Q5 serviced at Audi Chantilly since 2017. We bought a new Q7 in 2020 and replaced it with new Q7 in 2022, both from Audi Chantilly. In fact, the 2014 Q5 has been getting service at Audi Chantilly for the last eight days and we have a loaner sitting in the driveway. Tonight we went to buy a new Q5 at Audi Chantilly and were told because we were paying cash a credit check was required due to OFAC requirements. We said even for repeat customers with an extensive history with the dealership? The salesman went and consulted the boss and we were told that was the policy. We left the dealership without the car. According to FINANCIAL CRIMES ENFORCEMENT NETWORK: ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING PROGRAMS FOR BUSINESSES ENGAGED IN VEHICLE SALES 31 CFR Part 103 and the rules under the Office of Foreign Assets Control, pulling a credit report is NOT a requirement. Audi Chantilly just lost a sale and a customer. We will tell everyone we know in the market for an Audi to stay away from Chantilly and Tysons Corner (both owned by Penske). More
