I was greeted in a most friendly and professional manner by the receptionist. The sales person was most professional, listened to my desires and requirements, provided the vehicle I wanted, gave me a good p by the receptionist. There was no pressure, tension or feeling of discomfort. The sales person has scheduled an hour to walk me through the vehicle's technical options and accessories. Overall, both the sales person and the financing department performed their respective tasks and functions in a most friendly and very professional fashion. More
Jacob Jay worked with us over several weeks as we investigated both new and pre-owned options with Audi. He was always polite and professional and did not try to "sell" us. He was patient through a lot of questions about the cars, the brand, and the market. He was polite and encouraging - even when we discussed looking at other brands and dealers. We never felt pushed or pressured, and never felt ignored. Exactly the right balance. When we decided on our purchase, he made the process exceptionally easy. Overall - the entire dealership staff including the maintenance department is exceptional. The facility is immaculate and everyone is extremely helpful and professional. I would strongly recommend both the dealership (Audi Chantilly) and Jacob Jay to anyone. More
This is our second purchase of an A8L from the Penske Auto group and our third purchase overall of an A8L. The customer service recieved in the past was good but nothing comparible to this time. The purchase of this new 2011 was a 5 month escapade in which Jacob provided his undivided, professional attention. His understanding of what we were looking for in a car and non pressure sales professionalism is what kept us interested in this car and dealership. I pursued a relentless attack of demands,requirements and questions which Jacob handled with pose and confidence. Shelly and I would like to thank jacob and your staff for a great car buying expereince and look forward to the same propfessionalism during the servicing. I have used Audi of Chantilly a few times because I was unable to get an appt with the Tyson Corner..I have to say Audi of Chantilly is TOP NOTCH from the great Service to the customer reps. My husband was searching for a gently used Audi A4 with low miles. We met Audi Brand Specialist Mort Rezaee on an initial visits. Because there was no in-stock match to our specs, my husband told Mort exactly what he was looking for--2009 or newer Audi A4 Quattro, automatic, black/black. Mort was extremely professional and courteous from the time we met, through diligent contacts to alert us of cars he thought we might want to see, through our eventual purchase (and follow-up)of the beautiful 2010, 12,000 miles, that we purchased. My wife and I were looking to buy a new car and were considering three different brands. We chose this dealership back in January because it was close to the other two dealerships. It was between BMW, considering three different brands. We chose this dealership back in January because it was close to the other two dealerships. It was between BMW, Cadillac and Audi. We were met at the dealership by Danny Feagans. I informed him that we were not looking to buy until April/May and were considering other brands as well. I didn't want to take up too much of his time if he had something else going on. He had no problem showing us the vehicle and even discussing the other two. We exchanged e-mails and left the dealership. We exchanged e-mails over the next couple of months and we informed him at the beginning of April that we had chosen to buy an Audi. The Audi was superior in level of finish and options than the other two! We told Danny what we wanted and he found it in a matter of days. The entire process from locating the vehicle, to financing, to delivery was one of the best experiences we have ever had at a dealership. The dealership is very clean, everyone was more than happy to help, and Danny exceeded all of our expectations! Anyone considering a purchase of a new car would be missing out if they didn't shop here. We will be back! More
I am a cowgirl from Montana and parting with my big 3/4 ton was very emotional for me. However, with the climbing price of fuel and the negative impact to the planet of driving a large inefficient vehicle ton was very emotional for me. However, with the climbing price of fuel and the negative impact to the planet of driving a large inefficient vehicle; I decided to trade in my truck for a energy efficient - but sporty, new car. I looked at the models touted as "green" by the other dealers and they were very cramped and NOT sporty- but most dissapointing - none of the dealerships wanted to pay me a fair price for my trade in. Then we went to Audi of Chantilly and met the best car salesmen I have ever worked with, Jacob Jay. Jacob met us, found out which car we were interested in and immediately handed us the keys to the car I wanted to drive, the A3. Unlike the other dealerships salesmen he showed us the basic features of the car and let us take it out for a test spin (without having to feel like he had to come along and ride in the back seat--- Geez I hate that!) - He actually trusted us to take the car out on our own!!!! We loved the car immediately. Jacob worked hard to get me the best price for my trade-in (several thousand dollars more than the "other guys") and was also able to get me an awesome deal on the car I wanted. Jacob spent a great deal of time explaining all the features and makeing sure I knew how all the components worked on my new car before I left the dealership. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Jacob, thank you Audi of Chantilly!!! We are customers for life. More
Jacob Jay was the best salesman I have dealt with in a long time. He was not pushy by any means and was very informative of the A3 I was looking for. I went home that night without buying a car. First thing the next morning Jacob called to say thet a new 2011 A3 would work beter for me than a 2010. They worked with various credtors to ensure I would stay within my budget.Personally I wish all salesman were of his caliber. Throughout the entire process Jacob was helpful and cordial. This was our 6th Audi purchase, so we obviously love the cars, but we also love the service that they provide us on our Q7, so it was the obvious choice when buying a new car. We know that we will be taken care of in the future with exceptional service and a friendly staff.
