Took it to a real shop... They were shocked Audi let it out of their shop. Then when I called Audi to talk to the service rep (Brian Kennedy) I left a detailed message... No call back. I needed to drive out there to get them to fix their mistake. More

It was the car that I wanted and I looked for a long time. I believe I paid a fair price. Not a great price. Just a fair price. I’ve had the car exactly one month today. And it developed a terrible exhaust leak. When I called Audi Chantilly Audi the service department told me that among other things or Virginia state inspection has been completed. The Virginia state inspection should inspect the exhaust. Exhaust is not rot out within 30 days. When I called Hector the sales manager, he basically told me the car was in myProblem now. He said I could bring it in but it would cost me the service repair. I wish that I could post a sound clip of the car. No one would want to service their cars there. I’m not saying another Audi dealership would be better. I’m just saying don’t go to this one. More
Great experience with Hasan Hasan Noman is the best salesman I have worked with over the last almost 40 years. He was professional, courteous, personable and relaxed. We negoti Hasan Noman is the best salesman I have worked with over the last almost 40 years. He was professional, courteous, personable and relaxed. We negotiated the price over the internet so it was pretty easy when we did the deal at the dealership. I can't say enough about Hasan in how he guided me to the right vehicle for me. Thanks Hasan! The vehicle has lost steering capability amongst other electronic malfunctions and is non driveable. I arrived at 6:15pm to Audi Chantilly Repair and they would not check in my car, saying it would be days and days before they would get to the repair AND further stating it needed to go back to the Audi dealer in Virginia Beach. They parked the vehicle (with me in it) on the side street, closed their shop and left (closing time 7pm). To think that it was towed 60 miles to this dealership by official Audi Roadside Assistance to be parked on a side street and refused service is unbelievable. No offer of Roadside Assistance for a vehicle still under warranty when I let them know I was five hours from home? No help with next steps! How do folks like this stay in business? Please know this is not at all the Audi culture. On a positive note, Audi Roadside Assistance came for me and the car, and we are headed to Virginia Beach. Just six hours after the car malfunctioned and a dealership let me down, I am headed home. Prior to posting the review, a field was flagged requiring prior to posting the reviewer to identify employee names. None of these employees gave their names, and not one ever introduced himself. I had interaction with two of the three of them, so one of the three wasn’t a part of the bad experience but can’t say which one. Audi is a great company with a protection plan, warranty, and Roadside Assistance second to none. Buy an Audi. You’ll love it. Just don’t buy it here. More

Audi S4 Purchase Experience I want to commend Mark Cooper and Peter LeComte for demonstrating an outstanding manner of professionalism during my purchase. I initially contacted I want to commend Mark Cooper and Peter LeComte for demonstrating an outstanding manner of professionalism during my purchase. I initially contacted Mark because of the numerous great reviews about him on this website. Mark did not disappoint. He reviewed the key S4 features with me and we test drove the vehicle. Mark explained the technology in sufficient detail and made sure I was comfortable with its operation. He masterfully worked a great deal for me and helped me complete the paperwork processing in record time. I want to also thank Peter LeComte for completing the work after I was finished with the financial documents. Peter stayed with me late into the evening to ensure my car was set up and operating to my satisfaction before I left the dealership. In every instance, both Mark and Peter displayed the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and patience. These traits are hallmarks of the very best. I am honored to know these two professionals. Thank you Mark and Peter! More
Worst The worst place to get anything done on your vehicle. The prices are sky rocketed when the service is zero. Waited for hours to get a simple estimate The worst place to get anything done on your vehicle. The prices are sky rocketed when the service is zero. Waited for hours to get a simple estimate on light bulb change. Then it takes them hours to do the actual light bulb change. Perhaps, they need better technicians who know how to get the job done. Time is everything these days! There are no paper towels in the bathroom! By far the worst Audi experience of my lifetime! More

"I don’t want to kick you out" Salesman HASAN NORMAN. To start with, I've decided to lease an Audi A4. Getting started with the test drive, it went awesome, totally loved the driving experience car. So we To start with, I've decided to lease an Audi A4. Getting started with the test drive, it went awesome, totally loved the driving experience car. So went ahead and started negotiating with Mr. HASAN NORMAN about numbers. During the negotiation, as each and every customer do I start with some numbers which he is not okay with, like every salesman does, he started going back and forth to his manager's room and walking back to us with a smug look on his face. I'm totally aware that the salesperson's are trained to rip off customer’s wallet the moment when you enter their dealership. I've told him that the promotion on the web says its xxx amount, then he told us there is a * which says with limitations, well that’s how the promotions get all the customers miraged by looking at some fancy numbers and get us to the dealership's doorstep. We're okay that he is doing his job and trying to work some numbers up to his margin. As I already said he's just storming in and out of his managers office to make us feel good that he is trying hard for us and make us believe that he is doing us whole bunch of favors in getting the car leased, but this is not our first time dealing with the salesmen at dealerships. The way he spoke, I actually felt like i was just stepping into some hunting grounds where hunters waiting for rare found prey. Well lucky that i escaped the hunt. All he did was manipulation and making us feel better that he's doing great favors for us. He never told us the figures and nothing on the paper until I reached my highest margin. Then he got something printed on paper from his manager's room to negotiate from our highest margin, I'm okay to work with the numbers and see where it goes until he turned disrespectful and spoke all the mean stuff we've quoted below. He pretty much understood that I'm trying to make a deal with him or even closer to the numbers which I’ve got in my mind, then he started turning in to personal stuff to rev you up and make you lease this car for the margin that he have in mind. The personal stuff as such "You work in IT; I know how much you make." "I know your income; this is just a small cut for you" "This is not a right car for you; we'll get you something to your range" "I don’t want to waste your time so mine" "I don’t want to call security, I don’t want to kick you out" "The director of the Audi doesn't get an A4 at this price"(well I know that he doesn't get, cos he gets it for free) The first and foremost mistake a salesmen does is, turning in to customers money management when a customer is not coming up to his numbers, they'll start to hurt your ego feeling to make you buy this car or negotiate, 99.99% of customers will lease the car or leave. We did leave too, but with the entire conversation voice recorded and the quotes above were the actual words came out of the salesmen's mouth, which he never should've spoke and think that the least would be walking out. We'd be glad to post that here if we'd have an option. I would strongly recommend everyone to do one for yourself if you ever happen to deal with the salesmen, record the entire conversation and have it sent out to your attorney, lets the legal experts do their job that are best at. And then he went on "I have my Master’s degree in IT as well. I'm working in IT and as salesmen since 15 years."(Do you really expect us to believe that after all this non-professional stuff you spoke?? I wouldn't either.) I went "have you ever been in our shoes (customer's side), have you ever tried to negotiate with someone from customers stand point." He went "I have 15 yrs. of experience as customer salesperson" I was like, duudee do you even know what you're talking about. I'm asking customers side not the side where the customers are ripped off. No response for that. I've negotiated with him all the way up to the highest mark I’ve set; I actually was willing to go little higher than the highest mark. He said he wouldn't believe in customers referring the salesmen or dealership once their business is done. "I don’t believe customers referring to benefit my business once their business is done and stepped out of this place, no one did", then I don’t believe you coming up with this so called “SPECIAL PROMOTION”; I can print a lot of fake numbers on paper and publish some fake numbers on the dealership web page which are totally manipulated the way you want it. Hear me out I said I was there to LEASE the car not to BUY the car. The numbers which you’ve got is just to get the max you can get by the lease maturity date and sold it as sky rocketing used car price to the customers. You just reach out to neither toes nor head when gets to the point where it’s selling or buying. Well I did give pretty good amount of references to my previous car dealership salesmen where some of them bought through them. I would've certainly referred if he'd been polite and respectful to the customers. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone of my family and friends. More
