I was in a car accident 6 months later and Purchased a new vehicle from Lem based on my previous experience. He followed up with phone calls and returned my calls promptly. This guy deserves a raise because of his dedication to Audi of Chantilly and it’s customers. Because of him I am a lifer with Audi. More

Great service I was doing a search on the net for a Q7 and I came across one at Audi Chantilly, so I called and I spoke with one of the sales guys name Eric Ekpa wh I was doing a search on the net for a Q7 and I came across one at Audi Chantilly, so I called and I spoke with one of the sales guys name Eric Ekpa who asked me to come in and test drive the car. I went there test drove and ended up buying the car the same day. The service I received from Eric was wonderful. He was very professional and took his time to explain all that I needed to know. I will definitely go back when am ready for an upgrade. More

We did our research for a while and once we decided what we wanted he find our vehicle right away. Always available to answer any questions, and willing to go the extra mile to meet our needs. This experience was totally different than previous ones. The staff was never pushy, especially Mark, he listened to exactly what we wanted and expected and delivered with excellence. Thank you so much for making time from your busy schedule to guide us through the users manual/demo. Needles to say; I looooove my car, and we are already thinking which Audi we shall get next.
