This has been a very positive relationship for us over a decade. They have provided outstanding advice and an outstanding service experience. In Sept 2018 we purchased a new Audi Allroad. A factor in our decision beyond the fact that we liked the car was that we also liked all aspects of our experinces with the dealership. The sales experience was exceptional and the car is certainly everything we wanted and more. The sales department did an outstanding job finding us at the end of the 2018 model year an Allroad with the key features and color we wanted. We liked the fact that the many people we worked with at the dealership in Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, etc all contributed to our positive experience in buying a new car and also continuing to support our previous purchases. Peter Lecomte gave me the first test drive and he was so thorough and took his time showing me everything b/c I was really testing out the safety features! Then I did a 2nd test drive with Mark Cooper b/c Peter was out sick. We got the car with Mark after the test drive and it was a smooth pleasant process! Our finance manager was Imad Alkadi and he was courteous too! I am really into customer service and I have to say all 3 men never pressured us, were very professional, friendly and helpful every time I talk with them! This was my 1st Audi and I will be back here to get another car and would love to work with all of them again! More

Amazing experience working with Mark Coo at Audi Chantilly Was in the area to take a peek at a SQ5 today. Was planning to test drive couple of other vehicles (the usual suspects, Mercedes, Infiniti, Lexus and Was in the area to take a peek at a SQ5 today. Was planning to test drive couple of other vehicles (the usual suspects, Mercedes, Infiniti, Lexus and BMW) before I pull the trigger. I never made it past Audi. I fell in love with the Audi SQ5 and the man that took me on this wonderful car shopping journey was simply delightful to work with, amazing knowledge of the car and just wonderful in every way. Throughout this journey he never try to sell to me, it was just like hanging out with one of the guys talking car. When I did decide to buy he was a true professional. Excellent, knowledgeable with no pressure sale. My wife and I went to Audi of Chantilly for the first time last year in April 2017. We were looking to replace her old car since it was over 10+ year My wife and I went to Audi of Chantilly for the first time last year in April 2017. We were looking to replace her old car since it was over 10+ years old. When we went to Audi of Chantilly, we met Mark Cooper but he was about to leave. He offered to show us a car and let us play with it. He just asked us to play with the car as much as we wanted and only to lock up when were were done! We also made an appointment to come back the next day for a test drive. When we met Mark the next day, he took us to a small road behind the dealer and let us really get the feel of the car. My wife and I took turn and we spent several hours with Mark test driving 3 or 4 cars. Mark was so patient with us and never once push us to buy. When we were done, we were really impress with the cars but we told Mark that since we were still shopping around, we could not make a decision just yet. Mark was okay with that. Turned out, we were not quite ready to purchase and so we did not return until over a year later. During that time, Mark never call or sent e-mails pushing us to go back to make a purchase. Finally after over a year, we were ready to purchase and saw a car that we like. We reached out to Mark who happened to be out of the country for vacation. He replied back to us and offered to see us as soon as we got back. We went back to the dealer a few days later and met with Mark. He was as nice as he was. Did not give us any pressure. We took another test drive and when we came back, we talked a little bit and he offered to show us what we would be paying. Again, no pressure or pushy sales what-so-ever. We really liked what we saw and agreed to purchase. It was as simple as that! We then worked with Imad Alkadi on the finance. Imad was also wonderful and did not try to sell us anything we did not want. The total purchase was as simple and as pleasant as it could be. In all, we were really, really happy with our purchase at Audi of Chantilly. Our salesperson, Mark Cooper was extremely knowledgeable, patient and straight forward. Our finance manager Imad was also excellent. They both made us feel very comfortable and at ease. If I were to buy another Audi, this is the place I would certainly go back to first. Amazing Customer Service Eric Ekpa!!!! Amazing service and value at Audi Chantilly! I was so drained of dealing with other car dealerships! I was battered and worn down after looking for a Amazing service and value at Audi Chantilly! I was so drained of dealing with other car dealerships! I was battered and worn down after looking for a car for two weeks! Other dealerships charged outrageous dealer fees and/or wanted to sell me a junk car! I drove up to Chantilly from South Carolina in hopes of purchasing another vehicle from another dealership but it turned out that the vehicle was not what I expected and even had a flat tire when I stopped to look at it after the dealership closed! I called Eric and he was so helpful even on the phone! I went the next day and Eric arrived early at Audi, just to assist me!!! I wasn’t buying a new Audi, I was buying a used Toyota Avalon but you would never know it by the service I received! I was treated like a princess and he even gave me a deal on my beloved Avalon! The entire staff was incredible. I can’t praise them enough from the sales to the financing, I was left breathless by the amount of customer service and effort to make me happy! I will be back! I will buy every car from them! The 9 hour drive was SO WORTH IT! Thank you Audi Chantilly! Thank you Eric! More
