We recently visited the Audi dealership in Chantilly to explore the Q4 E-Tron and had the pleasure of working with John Kwacala. Typical terrible dealer experience- Beware. Purchased a vehicle from out of state with an agreement that they would assist with sorting out shipping. As soon as the paperwork was completed, no replies and no assistance with setting up shipping. I wound up arranging shipping on my own, and had to get the finance manager involved as the sales team would not reply or assist with vehicle pickup. Fast forward nearly two months from purchase and they are now holding the license plates hostage, requesting more $$, but have yet to show any documentation to support that or reply after numerous requests for clarification and my plates.. As of now I have had to involve both Fairfax County consumer affairs and the law enforcement division of the VA DMV in an effort to get a resolution for something that should not even be an issue to begin with. As an aside: They attempted to force the purchase of a paint and fabric protection agreement as a requirement to purchase, which took some discussion to have removed. They also ran my credit 2x, for no apparent reason as financing was not an issue. More

I purchased a car from Audi Chantilly in August 2024. While multiple members of their team were responsive during the "sale and purchase" phase of the process it was miserable afterwards. It took me 2 MONTHS to get a call back on the status of my tags. This was only after sending emails and calling every single day for a month and calls placed to management. Only finally to be told they didn't submit the information in time to process my perm tags so I now have to make an appt and get perm tags on my own. I would not have minded getting the tags on my own. But the fact that they refused to respond to my multiple attempts to reach them for a status is pitiful. Buyer be warned if you find yourself needing any response after the purchase - even if it is for a required and routine request. More
