Sales Process: Poor. Salesperson Fady made promises (pre-inspection report, documents from previous owner) that were never delivered. Manager was rude and avoided speaking directly with me. • Vehicle Quality: Very bad. Within 2 weeks of purchase, I had major oil level issues, requiring me to add oil every few days. They clearly never inspected the car properly. • After-Sale Service: Nonexistent. They refused to provide a complimentary check and wanted me to pay for repairs. • Paperwork/Tags: Completely unprofessional. My title and tags were never processed, and my temporary tag expired after a month. Only then did they suddenly ask for documents they should have requested at the time of sale. ⚠️ Recommendation: Do not buy here. They hide information, refuse accountability, and leave you with unresolved issues after taking your money. More

I feel like they should have given us more off the car for the things that were missing or wrong with it and we should have been told up front there were only one set of keys not told at the end after we for the things that were missing or wrong with it and we should have been told up front there were only one set of keys not told at the end after we bought the car and Lucas was handing us the keys when the response was you didn’t ask! I said I though it was advertised it had 2 sets then he had no solution just he hoped he didn’t loose our business! It was too late we already bought it! He said he would reach out to the previous owner to see if they have it but haven’t heard back on this yet. Disappointing end to what should have been an exciting purchase. More
