Even while managing multiple responsibilities, he took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and we were able to close the deal. There was an issue with the finance department that required me to return to the dealership after delivery. After having a conversation with Wisam about what happened, I was compensated for the inconvenience and ultimately left a satisfied customer. More
