Great Service Department My 2017 Q5 had a recall notice issued for a software update. The dealership called me about it and made an appointment 2 days later. The problems wa My 2017 Q5 had a recall notice issued for a software update. The dealership called me about it and made an appointment 2 days later. The problems was solved, my car was washed, fluids topped off, tire pressures checked and had a loaner to use in the meantime. The repairs were done within a couple of hours. This is my 6th Audi from them and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is gracious, greets you by name and really wants to make you a happy customer. More

Had my Audi in to fix 3 recalls I was told recall maintenance would take 2 hours at least, and so enjoyed my latte i fixed at the coffee bar, watching the Today show in their lounge I was told recall maintenance would take 2 hours at least, and so enjoyed my latte i fixed at the coffee bar, watching the Today show in their lounge area.
