I am with an auto repair shop in Rosharon, Tx. We were looking for two wheel speed sensors on an Audi Q7. The manager Ed Tucker was very helpful to our driver. He sold us the speed sensors. Unfortunately looking for two wheel speed sensors on an Audi Q7. The manager Ed Tucker was very helpful to our driver. He sold us the speed sensors. Unfortunately the parts were incorrect. So went sent our driver back with the old parts to match. He was helped by a gentleman named Don. Our driver called me while there at Audi Central parts counter. Don made excuses first about the receipt not accompany the returned parts. I had to remind him that our shop is in his computer. The war of words began shortly after. We just needed the correct parts. Dan was not interested in spending the time to look at the old part to match it correctly . After several minutes of me reminding him that he was the ''Audi Parts Guru''. Which I am not. I told my driver to leave due to the lack of professionalism on Dan's part and lack of interest in just simply doing HIS JOB. An ''Audi Parts Specialist''. As my driver was leaving Dan said. ''Do not come back''. I then contacted another Audi dealership. After several minutes with that gentleman. He made some phone calls to Audi North America. Within minutes my phone rang and issues were handled. Why then must I ask. Dan is part of the problem and not part of the solution. More
After years of owning luxury cars, Audi Central Houston has once again been a huge disappointment. From the lack of communication to the unjustified arrogance of the service department, it's impossible to has once again been a huge disappointment. Flor is a treasure but the service dept advice and instructions for corrections were totally wrong per Audi USA. Very disappointed in the car's technology and Audi's support groups in general. Apparen instructions for corrections were totally wrong per Audi USA. Very disappointed in the car's technology and Audi's support groups in general. Apparently Audi Connect and Audi Central Service don't understand issues with their vehicle's technology. Audi USA currently working on the issue. Will see if they can resolve. I've leased 4 new A-6's since 2013, not sure there will be another. More
