My sales person, Oscar, was great. I was undecided about the model I was going to buy. He showed me several vehicles. Bought car I thought was new - they bought it at auction. I found out only a few days before my temporary tag expired when I called them to see where my license plate was. I purchased a vehicle almost three weeks ago from Audi Central Houston (ACH). A few days after the purchase I noticed that my trade hadn't been paid off yet as agreed upon by ACH, so I contacted the deal Central Houston (ACH). A few days after the purchase I noticed that my trade hadn't been paid off yet as agreed upon by ACH, so I contacted the dealership. I have tried to assist the ACH in anyway I can, but the communication from them is terrible. My fear is that my next payment on my trade is going to come due, and then I'm going to have to lawyer up to get this mess straightened out! More
