My work was completed in less time than I had been told it might be when I called service. Eric made sure I had everything I needed. And as an added bonus to great service, I found two twenties in my arm rest between the front seats. They must have been under my seats and when Daniel, the detailer, completed his work, he put the money in the arm rest. I had no idea the bills were in my car. Sorry I didn't realize this until I was a few miles away. Thanks to Eric and Daniel. More

Worst service ever There are no words to even describe how bad the service department is here. After another garage diagnosing a gas leak on my car, and the bottom of my car being soaked in gas due to a recall, in which I recived no notice, I took my car in to Audi Cary. Once they fixed it, a brake system light came on and I took it in to be look at, which they charged me for $150. After getting my car back, within 2 minutes i returned because my radio would not turn on. They took no responsibility on having my car in their care, when I dropped it off with the MMI working and picked it up with it off. Supposedly it was a huge coincidence, that it had died while in their possesion. I contacted the service manager Craig, who took 2 days to get ahold of and then proceeded to be dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. I contacted the general manager who backed him up, "after speaking." This dealership quoted me over 10k to fix my car, with problems they caused, and I was able to get great service, AND solutions only a block away for $1,400. (Including a battery that was being drained, which I was given no heads up about.) The poor service department is wonderful and friendly. However, no managers to back them up. This place is highway robbery. They are nice if you want to buy something of course. However for servicing, I suggest somewhere/anywhere else. I am only giving one stars because I have to in order to post this. I would rather drive to Charlotte to get a new car than here. More
Best service department I've ever dealt with! I live out of state, and occasionally travel in the area for work. My daughter is in school in Durham, and I have always maintained her car at home. An ECM problem occured and I bought a new (expensive) Audi part locally, bit learned I couldn't do the programming needed with my tools. I set up a trip, to bring it to another dealer to get the ECM programmed and installed. After 4 hours I was told my part was no good, so I expedited another expensive part. As I was driving away I thought a second opinion might make sense. That's when my day changed, Audi of Cary heard me out and said bring it in. Service advisor Paul talked to their Technician Ian, and believed they might know the solution. So I drove there, showed them the print out, and gave them the keys. 90 minutes later car was washed and fixed. I cancelled the second part order, and thanked them as best I could. More
Best Service ever I'll have to start saying: " Thank you,Wayne Fields". I started to have issues with my Audi A5. Apparently, the high power fuel pump. I always get my vehicle services appointment with Mr. Wayne and when this happened I called him right away. It was 5:55 on a Friday evening, about to close the services department, and when I told Mr. Wayne what just happened, with out hesitation he jump in and ask me to call Road side Assistant and he personally was going to meet me where my car stopped with a car for me to drive while my car go to the shop in Cary to have service and find out what is wrong. I was at 38 mi. from the Audi Cary dealer and Mr. Wayne went above and beyond to help me in my situation. Road side Assistant call 911 to get the police to help moving my vehicle out of the Rd. and conduct traffic. Mr. Wayne arrived with fresh water and a vehicle for me soon after and 20 min. after the Tow truck. Everything was taking care in a very professional manner. But most important, I want to recognize Mr. Wayne for the support, for the excellent service, cordiality and care he always has offer to me and my husband during the years we been owners of Audi vehicles. He is a great example of ESEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mr. Wayne should be recognize and price in what to my eyes is been a heroic acct. And if you would of been in the situation I was, in the middle of a intersection and in temperatures over 98 and feel how concern he was to the point of meeting me and my son on a Friday, even after his work hrs. Thanks Again, I'll be in debt for that with Mrs. Wayne for that Acct. of kindness and compassion. More

Excellent dealer that stands behind their sales Hi all I bought a 2010 Audi Q5 in May of 2015 from Audi Cary. The vehicle has approx. 48k miles and was sold as is due to the wheels on the vehicle n Hi all I bought a 2010 Audi Q5 in May of 2015 from Audi Cary. The vehicle has approx. 48k miles and was sold as is due to the wheels on the vehicle not being Audi wheels. Some time after taking delivery I noticed that the vehicle had a shimmy. I brought the vehicle in for service to sort out the issue. I had a feeling there was a problem with the wheels. Over 2 or 3 visits they tried various ways to balance the wheels. After that didn't work, on the 3rd visit we finally had agreement that it was the wheels. Audi of Cary ordered and installed new wheels on my car without charge. In my opinion that makes this dealership one of the best I've ever dealt with. They stood behind their sale and I can wholeheartedly recommend buying a car from this dealership. They should be very proud of their level of commitment to making the customer happy. More
Cary Audi -- they care and are the best! When I noticed that my 2009 A4 was low on oil (bar on electronic graph did not show), I called Wayne Fields, my service advisor, about the issue. He recommended that I bring the car in, and they would top it up with oil (at no charge). Two days later, I did that, and they not only topped the oil, but the other fluids as well. That extra step is just one example of how caring they are about their customers. That is one reason why we have been Audi owners for 29 years. More
