Always provided excellent service and provided a loaner car til this appointment. Called to confirm appointment and to get loaner they were not able to do this for me. Which is inconvenient due to another car til this appointment. Called to confirm appointment and to get loaner they were not able to do this for me. Which is inconvenient due to another appointment in area during service time then to return back to work after hour drive. Service manager still would not provide a loaner after informing him of this. Very disappointed and will have to seek another place to have my Audi serviced. More
Very disappointed in this dealerships service department. I travel a lot, have a Q7 TDI. Love it till they ruined it with the emissions fix. Have stopped at 8 different dealerships for adblue fill up and thi I travel a lot, have a Q7 TDI. Love it till they ruined it with the emissions fix. Have stopped at 8 different dealerships for adblue fill up and this is the only one that charged me. They charged $75 for 1 gallon that is around $14 at Walmart. Free at all other dealers. I asked for estimate and it was never given to me. Figured it would be at no cost when no estimate given. Was considering upgrading to new Q7 gas but certainly not from this dealship More
