I've been to this dealership a few times to look for a new vehicle, but have never closed the deal. The last time I was there was for service as I needed a repair done. Unfortunately, what I needed repair new vehicle, but have never closed the deal. The last time I was there was for service as I needed a repair done. Unfortunately, what I needed repaired, they were unable to accomplish. They also insisted that I needed unrelated services performed in order to complete the repair. I never got an explanation on why those services were needed. Later when I went to pick up my car, I was told I had to pay for those services since they were provided, despite me saying I didn't want or need them. I will not be returning for any service-work. And I certainly won't be coming back looking for my next Audi. More

Service Department does not guarantee their work. I had an A6 worked on and the work the did caused additional issues with the car. Had a 9:00 “appointment” which required me to drive 1 1/2 hours to arrive on time to address a recall. When I returned to the dealership at 2;00 my car was sill in he parking lot untouched. I bought the car from Audi Cary. First month I have seen an issue with breaks making buzzing noise when my car had around 1500 miles on it. On the second visit they were able to fix the issue by replacing break pads and rotors. The second issue with transmission, on the first visit they said that they see the hard shift issue with the car but is working as designed by Audi. On the second visit. They acknowledged the issue that its still happening and service advisor said they got Audi involved in this. Then. My third visit for general maintenance low oil indicator came up 3 days after the service turned out to be one quart oil less in the vehicle. Fourth visit again on the same transmission issue. Had the vehicle with them for almost a week and a person who is not the one whom I handed over the keys to when I drop off my car. No proper explanation was given and requested the other person to have Mr. Wayne call me to talk about the issue which I dint receive. None of them are helpful. Audi blames dealership and dealership blames Audi. End of the day customers will see a big hole in the pocket made by Audi and its dealerships. More
Eric was great in the whole process. I was in and out in 2 hours. He went over the car with me explained the functions and offered me to return for anything I may need to understand with the car. I’ve purchased 3 cars from them and will only deal with them in the future. I came to the dealership for another reason other than buying a car, but left driving away in this beautiful S5!!
