Great Dealership and Staff I bought my second Audi, a 2018 S4, from Audi Cary in December 2017. I started talking with Eric Danford back in June and test drive a few and finall I bought my second Audi, a 2018 S4, from Audi Cary in December 2017. I started talking with Eric Danford back in June and test drive a few and finally placed an order for a new S4 in September. Eric was great in helping me get the order set up and taking me through multiple test drives and touch bases. Considering the time frame involved he kept in touch with progress of the order, as well as my interest, without being overbearing at all. He was great to work with and we talked along the way on a variety of topics. When the car came in it was of course everything I wanted and Audi Cary had it nicely set up for me quickly. I have been using Audi Cary for the past 3 years for service and bought my previous Q5 there also and the service is always quick and complete and much better to work with than many of the other brand dealerships in the area. The showroom and staff are nice enough that my two daughters both have fun stopping by when looking at cars or picking mine up from service as well. More

Eric Danford communicated regularly to inform the status before the car was arrived. He was very knowledgeable and went through the features, set up etc. with me when I picking up the car. Recently, I called for a same day service and Eric was super helpful and made sure that we receive the best service that Audi Cary offers. Eric made difference and he made my first Audi purchase experience wonderful. More

Eric Danford was knowledgeable, very low pressure, answered all of my questions, and took the time I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. He was willing to work with me on the price and let me know what he could and couldn't do without games. The wait to get the car was long - but WELL WORTH IT!!! Eric kept me up-to-date as the car was built and delivered, sending me texts or calling me throughout the processes. When the car arrived, the purchase process was quick and painless. It was great to see that they had driven the car into the showroom when I got there - it felt like white glove service. He gave me a full tour of all of the features and answered all of my questions. He was willing to stay as long as I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Audi Cary in the future and am very happy with the car and service. More
Worst service ever There are no words to even describe how bad the service department is here. After another garage diagnosing a gas leak on my car, and the bottom of my car being soaked in gas due to a recall, in which I recived no notice, I took my car in to Audi Cary. Once they fixed it, a brake system light came on and I took it in to be look at, which they charged me for $150. After getting my car back, within 2 minutes i returned because my radio would not turn on. They took no responsibility on having my car in their care, when I dropped it off with the MMI working and picked it up with it off. Supposedly it was a huge coincidence, that it had died while in their possesion. I contacted the service manager Craig, who took 2 days to get ahold of and then proceeded to be dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. I contacted the general manager who backed him up, "after speaking." This dealership quoted me over 10k to fix my car, with problems they caused, and I was able to get great service, AND solutions only a block away for $1,400. (Including a battery that was being drained, which I was given no heads up about.) The poor service department is wonderful and friendly. However, no managers to back them up. This place is highway robbery. They are nice if you want to buy something of course. However for servicing, I suggest somewhere/anywhere else. I am only giving one stars because I have to in order to post this. I would rather drive to Charlotte to get a new car than here. More

That's how confident he was about "his car brand" -- and he knew we would be, also. He answered all our questions with easy-to-understand answers, and with a delightful sense of humor. Never did we feel pressured. Our delivery day experience was great -- easy, simple, relaxed. Oh yeh, How about the car? --- it's great, too - just as Len said it would be! More
