He made the process very easy. I’ve never been to a dealership where someone wasn’t trying to force me into making a purchase, I could tell Mr. Danford genuinely wanted me to leave happy. I have also never been to a dealership in which I had questions in regards to the maintenance status of a vehicle and the salesman took me to speak with the actual services manager as he did.
