Eric was a great resource who understood that I wanted to take a little bit of time to see what 2019 would bring for the S5 Sportback as far new features, post year one model corrections, and so on. He did the furthest thing from "being a sales person" and only reached out when he had updated information or if I had a question or two, which was much appreciated. When I happened to locate my 2019 S5 Sportback in the new Quantum Grey color with every option, including the new Black Optics Package, just off the ship by chance and heading to Audi North Atlanta, Eric stepped in to immediately reach out to that dealer to schedule a favor.
